I cannot say enough great things about this company! They removed a very large by our house and did it perfectly. They were very careful, considerate and professional throughout the entire process and left the yard very clean. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Alex and the Forman on site (whom I can’t remember his name at the moment) as well as all of the other individuals who were here but I didn’t get the chance to get their names, we’re all very friendly and did an outstanding job.

Had a laurel oak that was dripping some dead branches and I wasn't sure if it just needed to be trimmed or removed. Jodi came out the same day and pointed out some cracks in the trunk that I hadn't noticed. Unfortunately tree had to go since it was right next to the house and leaning towards it. They have a fair price and got the job done next day.

Can’t speak to their work, but they clearly don’t respect clearly posted no solicitation signs. Came home to a door hanger offering “new years specials “ regarding a tree that isn’t even actually on our property.

These people may have great service, but the disregard from them and other businesses “in the area doing work” has hit unacceptable levels.

We had ABC 1-2-Tree come out to remove and grind a massive rubber tree that was causing damage to our yard and to the plumbing inside of our home. They did an amazing job at removing the huge tree by crane, not having to remove any of our fencing. They came out not once but twice to grind the stump and roots that this beast had grown all through our yard and even told us if we found any other more large roots to call them and they would come out and grind them also free of charge. They were so professional, so thorough and so friendly. If you need tree service, a large tree removed, this company is the one to call FOR SURE!

Heather, Jodi and the crew were so attentive. They were very professional. They arrived on time. Asked over and over if we were happy and if there was anything else they could do. I truly enjoyed my experience. My experoence with the girls, Heather and Jodi, made it even better. They called and texted right away and always wanted to make sure we were happy with their service. I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks for a job not only well done but a good experience.

I had a large oak tree removed from my home in Gulfport. ABC was a fair price. The crew worked well together and they all went the extra mile on cleanup. Will be using again in the future!! 👍👍

Great Job! Cut down a very messy tree in our front yard. Crew was very professional, on time and quick! Cleaned up all the leaves, branches and swept the drive way. Best price, I would highly recommend this team!!

This is my 2nd experience hiring ABC 1-2-Tree, and I couldn't be more pleased! Jody and Heather came out the same day to evaluate and give a quote. The crew arrived bright and early the next day to remove a towering section of a very old hollow trunk of avocado while working around a fence crew on site... and one crazy neighbor. They have great customer service. They came out the same day I called gave me a estimate, which was reasonable for the work I need to have done. They removed a large bush in front of my house and cut down and trim trees from the roof of house all within 1hr. And they cleaned up. They used a crew of men.They provided wonderful service.

ABC 1-2-Tree was INCREDIBLE. Very affordable and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Ive since referred them to numerous other people who have also used their services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Truly the best in the business.

They got a permit from the city before work began and all of their equipment is professional high grade. Their crew is very professional & polite. We had an excellent experience with ABC 1-2-Tree, Inc. Bill and Jodi came out promptly and gave us a good quote to remove our Giant and I do mean Giant Laurel Oak. It was situated in a precarious spot very near the back of our house so the crew used extra precaution to be certain there was no damage. Placing the huge crane on our next door neighbor's driveway each piece of the tree had to come right over our house to the street. It was a beautiful thing to watch the precision of Bill and his crew. The tree was so large that it actually took most of two days to remove it and grind the stump. We were never uneasy about the removal because we had complete confidence in them. They left our property and the street cleaner than when they came. I say again. We were thrilled with their service.

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. The team showed up right on time, walked me through what needed to be done, and got straight to work. They handled a few tricky trees near my fence like absolute pros—no damage, no mess, just clean, careful work.

Their customer service was excellent too—friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare these days to find a company that takes pride in both their work and how they treat customers, but they nailed it (or I guess, chopped it?).

We could not be more grateful for this company! During Milton, a neighbor’s tree, wrapped in power wires, fell on our garage. It was an enormous oak, with an uncooperative neighbor’s fence and several smaller trees in the way, some damaged and some not. It took Duke forever to come out to ensure the lines were not hot, but in the meantime we called multiple companies trying to get someone scheduled to come out to estimate the tree removal. As you can imagine all companies were totally overwhelmed with requests, but Bill at ABC 1-2-Tree called back quickly and made time to come out for an estimate. 2 days later, they got to work. It was a complicated job that needed a crane and large crew, and ultimately took them 10 hours to complete. Considering that, the price was reasonable for the amount of effort, equipment and labor involved. The entire time, Bill was reassuring and flexible, and when things went wrong ( Duke not showing up, neighbor not unlocking fence for access) Bill rolled with it and made adjustments calmly and confidently. His crew was professional, friendly, and hard working. After the work, they removed all tree material, even sweeping any leaves out of the garage on their way out of the damaged structure. Everything was well documented for our insurance company, and his office team was responsive, kind, and accommodating. I hope you never have an emergency tree removal need like this at your home, but if you do, call this company, they are amazing!

This has been an amazing company and a very great experience for us. We had a lot of work done. Cutting big trees at oak trees there hitting the roof lot of palm trees ton of work. Jodi was awesome. The crew is awesome. Very good kind hard-working people and it looks awesome. Jodi was there the whole time asking us is this OK making sure that we’re happy with everything and then after it was all over they totally cleaned everything up. We didn’t have to pick up one little speck of tree, dust or wood or nothing. It was all cleaned up and looked beautiful. I never spent a lot of money on a Tree Service although I know I really needed one and it was hard to find someone that you trust there are A lot of Bad companies out there and you’re kind of risking using people you don’t know so I checked out Abc 12tree . And they really passed everything that I threw at them when it comes to checking them out , they were always kind and polite and right there ready to give us any answers we had to our questions. Very very nice kind people.so we use them and yeah, we have our tree company forever. Now I suggest you use this services. They are awesome.

They were the fastest, exceptional team! I couldn't be happier with the service and price. They were able to do the job next day and worked around my schedule. All the details were followed when removing two trees, a cypress and a palm. Also, with stump grinding, and a dozen other smaller jobs around the property and fence line. Just call them! This tree company is the best. From sales to the guys that came out to do the work. They had very competitive pricing. The arborist they work with is wonderful and very knowledgeable. Our neighbors that recently had trees removed couldn’t believe how fast they took the tree down and while doing it safe. He also couldn’t believe how detail oriented the stump grinder operator performed. The sales associate Jodi was unbelievable. She came by multiple times during the work to make sure it was going well. We miss the tree already but it had to go for safety reason. GREAT company.

We had an enormous pine tree removed from our yard several years ago. The team from ABC 12Tree was fantastic! They were professional, cleaned up all the debris, and were reasonably priced. We liked the service so much, we’ve had them back several times for other tree work. Highly recommend!!
