These guys are to be considered excellent! From initial contact,to scheduling,to showing up, to job well done, to cleanup. Been using them on a large beach property for 3 years. They don't disappoint. Kenny & company ROCK!

Triangle has always done a great job for a reasonable price. I appreciate Ken's knowledge and the the time he takes to explain what will be done. They're are on time and complete the prescribed work quickly and efficiently. I do, and have recommended them to friends and neighbors.

Had a great service done by them on my live oak. We had them come out to trim it a few months before Irma hit and didn't lose a single branch from the storm. They are prompt barring weather and did a great job ensuring the health of my trees. Will be using them again

Our complex recently hired Triangle Tree Service to trim our palms and complete another scope of work which included removal of invasive plants/trees along a bank, and removal/trimming of other large trees. We were extremely happy with the service and hope to have them back again. Thank you to Ken, Ken Jr, Mike and and James for a job well done!

We absolutely loved the professional and his knowledge of trees.
We had acorn come to give an estimate but the kind wasn’t confident in his crew to do the job, so he said he would give our name to el cheap o and he didn’t call right away which to me is not good. I would highly recommend Triangle they cleaned up better then it was prior to cutting 😊

They removed an enormous dying oak tree from my backyard. These guys are very professional. They needed to drive a huge crane in for the job. They fit it through my double gated fence with about and inch to spare on each side. It was a great price too. They cleaned up after perfect. A great experience. I will never use anyone else.

Safe, fast and efficient tree/stump removal. I contacted Ken yesterday and early this morning representative completely removed 8 laurel stumps and garden area is ready for planting. Thank you all!!!

A friend recommended Triangle. I did not mind writing the check as I was so impressed by their professionalism. From the quick response to my requesting an estimate to the clean up. I was amazed watching my large oak come down. What team work! No doubt they have the best equiptment which helped them take care of my problem in a quick and SAFE manner. I highly recommend this company.

Triangle tree service removed two giant stumps that were left when my trees were removed. They also graded my yard to remove the roots and old mulch. This was a big job and they brought in heavy equipment to do the job right. My neighbors are now asking me who did the work because it looks great. I am really pleased with the work done and looking forward to the sod install they are doing next. I highly recommend this company.

In response to your reply: Did you even read the review? Your response clearly shows how you operate and clearly can't even take the time to read the "feedback". I called around the time of the hurricanes, yes, then I CALLED BACK 4 MONTHS later. As I clearly stated. WTH are you talking about "back then"? This review is based on your failure 5 months after the hurricanes. I did give you a second chance. Please don't make it sound like you're the victim.

Contacted triangle tree service a couple weeks before the hurricanes came around last year (sept). The guy was never able to come out the day that was scheduled to give an estimate so he just did google streetview to look at the tree. Fine. Gave a quote and I accepted it within a few days. I don't hear a thing for a few days. I'm thinking ok so when am I getting on the schedule? I'd expect some kind of follow up being that I'm accepting the quote. I call and they said they don't schedule until about a week out as they don't like to book out too far. Ok I guess that's fine. Still no indication of when that call would be though. 4 MONTHS go by.....at this point I'm pretty positive they've completely forgotten or ignored me. I call them beginning of january. I tell the guy I accepted a quote in September and haven't heard a word. He tells me "sorry about that" and that this has NEVER happened. He emphasized the "never". Says he'll put me down to get on schedule (again). I told him I would be going on vacation the following week so it would need to be before then or after (I even gave him the dates). He said they could do it while I'm gone. Sorry no, I want to be there. Things happen. I don't want to be out of the country if something does. He said ok I'll make a note to not put on the schedule until after you're back. I'm thinking ok I'll get a call soon now that they know they already messed up. Even if I'm on vacation already I can still get a date scheduled. That was January 10th. It's now February 10th (I got back from vacation January 26th) and still not a peep. Not sure what this company's problem is but if they can't even schedule a job, I sure as heck don't believe they know how to perform the actual service. I think I was quite patient waiting several months (5 months at this point) for them to call me back and still give them a chance. Sounds like complete BS that this has "never happened" yet it happened twice just to me....
They used up their chances. No thanks.
Also please don't reply to this with a "we care, please call us". I DID call....twice, and you still left me high and dry both times. You have my info. If you want/wanted to help you'd be calling me.

Called them yesterday during the storm when a tree went down in our yard. Very nice and professional. He said we were first on his list and he would contact me in the morning. 8:30am sure enough they reached out to confirm we still needed someone. He arrived shortly there after to provide a fair quote. His crew showed up a few hours later and completed the job. Great experience! Would not hesitate to use again.

Absolutely loved working with Triangle Tree Services! Customer service and turn around time for quote and work completion was QUICK. I had multiple live oaks trimmed plus other trees completely removed. Everyone was friendly, professional and I am very pleased with how everything turned out. I will be using them for years to come!

I called Triangle Tree Service to get a quote on a large oak tree in my yard. An exceptionally nice representative arrived at my house and gave honest advice. Rather than giving a quote for tree or limb removal, he advised me that my tree was healthy and needed no work. I appreciated his honesty and advice. I will call them in the future!

We purchased our home specifically for the huge, gorgeous oak trees in the yard, so we were very sad to learn that one of them was diseased and had to be removed. We hired Triangle to do the job and are very pleased with the result. They sent a certified arborist to see if it could be saved and let us know what we needed to do to keep the rest of our trees healthy. They removed the dying tree without leaving an eyesore in the yard and trimmed the stump down so we don't need to have it removed. They also trimmed the remaining trees to keep them healthy for years to come and removed an invasive Brazilian pepper tree. I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism and excellent work ethic. They arrived on time both days and were very respectful of our home and our neighbors' properties. Their prices are fair and I will definitely hire them again in the future.

He came by the same day, patiently guided us through the types of trees we had, identified the sick ones and gave us a fair estimate to remove several large trees. His crew did a great job! Hurricane Milton knocked down two very large oaks and left another tree leaning on my house. We are very grateful for the prompt and professional service - this company knows their business! Communication was excellent also. Definitely recommend!!!

I recently used Triangle Tree Service & Landscaping for a tree emergency They responded promptly and gave me a good estimate. They came the same day to fix the problem, included (in the original estimate) cutting out some old tree limbs in another area. They were professional, timely, considerate of my plants and did a great job of clean-up. They will be coming back to do some more extensive work. Highly recommended!
