I needed a pathway of pavers done in a short period of time. I put out a request on a Facebook group I belonged to and Brandon responded with photos of some of their paving jobs done. His communication was excellent, he was prompt, came when he said he would and got a fantastic job done in the time he said it would take. And his price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend them!

I recently hired Royal Tree Services to remove a large tree that had become a safety hazard in my backyard, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the initial consultation to the final clean-up, their team was efficient, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process. The crew arrived on time and worked quickly and safely to get the job done. Not only did they remove the tree with precision, but they also took the time to clean up the debris and leave my yard looking better than before. Great job. I had a neighbor’s limb growing over my bedroom for years. I finally got tired of hand trimming it away from my roof so I had Royal come out and cut it completely off at the fence line. The crew showed up within their promised timeline and was extremely professional and efficient. I was actually surprised by what a great job they did at cleaning up after they loaded all of the cuttings into their truck. Problem solved for good! Five out of five stars for Royal Tree Service. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had two very large pine trees removed from a reasonably inaccessible area of my backyard. They did a fabulous job of removing those trees without damaging any of the other plants and they managed to haul everything out and left the yard very clean.

We had three very mature oak trees removed by Royal Tree Service, and I can’t say enough good things about Brandon and his incredible crew. This was a major job with tight spaces, nearby structures, and utility lines to navigate — and they executed it flawlessly.
To paint the picture:
• One tree was just 3 feet from the west side of our house,
• The other two were on the east side, about 5–10 feet from the house,
• Add in power and phone lines at both the front and back of the property,
• And the only safe way to do this was by bringing in a crane.

Each tree was carefully dismantled in sections, craned over the roof of the home, and lowered with precision to a staging area where they were processed into smaller pieces and then hauled away. It was honestly like watching a well-rehearsed performance — calm, methodical, and highly professional.
Not only was the work done safely and efficiently, but there was also zero damage to our home, our yard, or any neighboring property. The crew was polite, respectful, and clearly took pride in leaving the site clean and well cared for.

And Brandon — he’s the kind of business owner you want to work with. He’s not just running a company; you can tell he’s someone who genuinely cares about trees and takes his responsibility seriously. From the first walkthrough to the final cleanup, his attention to detail and respect for the work stood out.

Overall quality and attention to detail was less than ideal. Had to stay on top of the crew to make sure the right things were getting done, and even then they had to come back to finish things that should’ve been done the day before. A lot of areas left very sloppy, driveway was left covered in dirt and mud, and trash/debris left in my yard. For the price we paid I would’ve expected more attention to detail and to not have to clean up/fix work that was done

Great work, but zero consideration of other people time.
On my very first appointment, they cancelled last minute.
On the day they were scheduled to start, as St Pete Pavers, they cancelled to following day, without notification. That day, was scheduled for the landscaping. The landscaping was delayed for the next week on Thursday, didn’t show, they showed up Friday and finally got it done in one day.
I asked for an appointment for an estimate on front yard. Now, I work but can flex with time, stayed around waiting, then 15 minutes before appointment they called to cancel rescheduling for the next day. I was not going to wait around another day. I decided these people think their time is more valuable than mine….I gave them more than three strikes. I cancelled and went with another company. Service and consideration is valuable to our family.

We recently had some landscaping replaced and had really high hopes based on the initial experience. The gentlemen doing the work were very nice and professional to speak with. However, we were disappointed with the final result.

Before the work was completed, our irrigation system was functioning properly with no issues. Our quote specifically included “Test irrigation system to ensure no breaks and proper coverage,” but the system was not properly tested before the job was completed. During the install, I was told that some of the drip lines had been cut by shovels while removing the old plants, and we are now left dealing with multiple breaks throughout the system. Had we known there were issues, we could have addressed them before everything was finished instead of discovering multiple problems afterward.

When we brought our concerns up afterward, we were told we were being unreasonable, which made the situation even more disappointing. We understand mistakes can happen during a project, but better communication and accountability would have gone a long way.

Overall, the experience did not meet the expectations we had going into it.
