They were able to be at my house 30 minutes later and have the problem fixed within the hour. The techs were knowledgeable and friendly and I have no complaints.

Keystone Plumbing came out and got my Daughters Hot Water Heater working. She is a single mother with three small children and one has been very sick. She had no hot water for two days and was desperate with the one child constantly throwing up. They came out the day after Christmas and promptly fixed the problem. Oct 2025 I highly recommend Keystone Plumbing. Trevor arrived today to replace a hand held shower spray holder on a Grohe system. He completed the task professionally leaving the space clean. Also Trevor noticed another plumbing issue and called it to my attention. I have scheduled that fix. AND Trevor happily removed his shoes before entering the house! Thank you!

Keystone plumbing was very responsive, they were here the same day I called and came early the next day. Trevor and Jared answered every and all questions that I had (which was a lot). They were very knowledgeable and kept me updated on everything they were doing throughout the whole process. They were helpful with setting me up with contacts to get my septic tank pumped out and even came with them early that next morning to get everything done simultaneously.
