Constraction reviews in Stuart, Florida

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Atlantic Coast Restoration recently on a complete kitchen remodel. I am a local Realtor and have heard of many companies and contractors and I am very glad I selected Atlantic Coast Restoration! They were very honest, well priced, and did a wonderful job. The project was on schedule and they cleaned up after every day and their attention to detail was very impressive. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends, family, and future clients!

7 months (and counting) to get permits. Still waiting.

Wow this family business that makes you feel like family when helping you pick out cabinets and related supplies for your home. Thanks so much Nat and Bert. you both are a great tag team and lets keep it moving -Love it will be using them again

We were a little apprehensive about using the insurance company's "approved" contractor rather than our own people we had experience with but we were immediately put at ease after meeting Burt and the crew. Fantastic in
every category. We have a nicer kitchen than we could have ever imagined. Quality beyond compare, they were neat fast and helpful from start to finish. We can not recommend them more highly.
When it's time for the next project I know who I'm calling!

Atlantic Coast Restoration did an outstanding job in every aspect of the major home repair to a flooding disaster. From the very outset, communication was exceptional from the principal, Mr. Colasanti through his entire organization and the resulting project was completed in a timely fashion ND exceeded our expectation.
We highly recommend this company for any size project.

I had such a fantastic experience with Atlantic Coast Restoration when they remodeled my kitchen that I couldn't wait to have them tackle my master bathroom, too! Their attention to detail is impressive, and they are always prompt and professional. This family-run business has truly won my heart, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for quality work. I can't wait to work with them again!

Atlantic Coast Restoration renovated my entire home and I couldn’t be happier with the project management and results. They executed their timeline perfectly and kept me to my budget in a time where most home projects run over on both time and dollars. Their team and sub-contractors were punctual and courteous at all times. We were fortunate enough to live elsewhere during renovations and I trusted their team completely with our home. I’ll be calling them again soon for my next home project!

Despite the city taking forever getting permits, the job that innovative Pools did is beautiful and I am very, very happy. We are at the tail end waiting for the cage to go up and to take our first swim.

Never got back to me

Dean Schiller the cockroach of the pool industry.

Total desaster this company.
0 stars.

Very incredible experience and now with a pool...very nice. :)

Way to many lies and broken promises from the office and the owner. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

So the owner came out to visit and take measurements. (about 3 months ago) Still waiting on my quote, i know its not a huge pool. BUT REALLY!! How unprofessional. I have called at least 5 times. I will not call again!

I just completed my pool what a great job Dean did unbelievable everything went smoothly as an homeowner I know how stressful to even think about putting this pool but dean make it affordable great timing as he promised me thank you Dean

So
Before services I gave a 5 star rating - now after almost being done he absolutely refuses to give us name or number or compaction test - made a scene and wanted final payment before passing inspection all was great at first and turned into I don’t know what

While we had our troubles with Schiller Pools during the build-out of our pool, they have been excellent in their response to recent problems with our pump and heater. Thank you , Dean. We have recommended them to a neighbor who is having trouble with their heater.

Dean does amazing pools!! Thank you!!

Schiller Pools made the entire fiberglass pool process smooth and stress-free. Dean was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through every step, from selecting the right shape to installation. The fiberglass pool looks amazing and was installed much faster than we expected. Highly recommend!

If you're considering a fiberglass pool, Schiller Pools is the way to go. Dean’s experience really shows. He helped us choose the perfect design and made sure everything was done right the first time. The pool looks incredible and feels solid. Fantastic craftsmanship and customer service.

So far so good! I’m in the middle of an install with Dean Schiller and San Juan fiberglass pools.

Dean has been good about getting back to me and handling the concerns I had. His crews work very hard and are good at what they do. Waiting on my last inspection before the job is finished. Dean has answered my calls & text and has been available throughout the process.

Happy with my decision to buy a San Juan Pool, it’s the best Fiberglass Pool made period. We can’t wait wait to see the finished product!! Will update when it’s all done

Update: 4 weeks from the first day of the dig we are 99% done and I’m still happy with the work and most of all the pool!

Update: 10months from install, so happy with final product, Pavers & Footers installed by Clean & Seal Pros LLC and screen by Pioneer Screen Company. Fiberglass Pool is definitely the way to go!
