General Contractor reviews in Stuart, Florida

James Crosby is definitely a professional! He remodeled my whole bathroom all the way down to the paint. I feel like I’m in a brand new model house!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! He can do anything, and he was right on time with tools in hand! Never going to anyone else.

I hired Crosby's Construction in November 2023 to rebuild the rotten wooden deck around my spa with composite decking. I am over the moon happy with the results. Not only did they start the project earlier than expected, but James suggested a design change that I had not imagined. The team patiently addressed my nervous concerns and made sure everything worked out positively in the end. Not only will I use them again, I will recommend them to my friends.

I really appreciated the great communication with respect to setting expectations of the repairs and arrival times. Crosby Construction took the time to explain the issues as well as repair options. The floor looks great! Thank you! I will definitely consider them again for future tasks.

Crosby's construction take pride in their work. First remodel I did with James was professionally handled. Job was managed like perfectly. No trade stacking, all trades had schedules to get the work done. Would recommend Crosby’s Construction to anyone. Job well done!

James with Crosby's construction is a stand up honest guy. We had him give us a quote to install vinyl plank flooring and his prices were great so we hired him to do the job. His work was impeccable and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him for any of your flooring needs

I’ve been using James Crosby for a year and a half, since I’ve moved to Stuart. He is very reliable, professional and responsive. His prices are very fair. The first job he did for me was installing a fence. He was quick but thorough, detail oriented and he did an amazing job. He also installed tile on my bank patio. I love the work he has done. As for several other odds and ends. I know I can rely on him for all my future work, he also is very trustworthy as well. I recommend him very highly.

James and his crew are on it! They work hard and do a great job. Will definitely be using them again for other projects.

I had a hard time finding a good, Professional, skilled and reliable company to complete a small project. Crosby excelled in all the categories, they were responsive, prompt, skilled and reliable. They showed up on time and was finished in a matter of hours. Looks great and saved me any more stress. Thanks so much Crosby's Construction 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This review is a year overdue, but I can now say that after a year my floors still look amazing. James and his team did a flawless job and I couldn’t be happier. They took out the carpets in 2 bedrooms and replaced it with lament flooring. I’m super appreciative!! Great job and team from start to finish!

We hired Crosby’s Construction to remove and replace all of the floor and door trim in our home after we had a leak that destroyed a bathroom and bedroom in our home. (Last December) We changed the style to a craftsman style look. They came and knocked it out in one day…. I couldn’t believe it! I was in awe as to much better the entire house looks with this new style. We highly recommend Crosby’s Construction!

My Husband and I hired Crosby Constryction to install luxury vinyl plank flooring and new baseboard molding. We are so happy with the job they did. The crew-Brandon, Gary and Josh did a fabulous job! They were respectful of our home at all times and cleaned up at the end of each day.
The guys were also super friendly and made the whole endeavor more fun! Thank you to The crew and Crosby Construction.

I hired Cosmopolitan Construction to renovate my kitchen and bathrooms. They showed up on time, started to work right away, protected my furniture from dust, and I ended up with a new kitchen and bathrooms. I am very pleased with their services and I recommend this company.

Did our full condo reno following our specs. High quality job, and on budget. Couldn't be happier, great people.

We had a full outdoor pavillion and kitchen built by Gus and his team. Of all the homes we have built and projects we have done in the past this by far has been the best experience ever. Gus is professional, on schedule, and dependable. I highly recommend his company. The final project is absolutely beautiful!

Gregory and his team were outstanding to work with on two bathroom remodels. From design through implementation and install, they made sure every step was done with excellence. Highly recommend Abide Contracting!

You get what you pay for when you hire Abide Contracting. From start to finish they were professional, responsive, communicative, and on schedule. I know, sounds too good to be true. But, trust me, they will save you time (which is equal to money)and keep you headache free. We did a kitchen renovation and I can assure you it was worth every penny. Thank You Gregory, Matt & Zach.

Greg & staff did a fantastic job updating our 2 bathrooms!
The entire staff were incredibly polite & cleaned up each day after work done.
The solid wood cabinets took longer than we had hoped, but w/ covid being full blown we are totally happy w/ the final outcome !
We are looking forward to have our master bathroom done next !!

Greg and Matt define the concept of being easy to do business with. Communication with them was excellent! They did everything they said they would do efficiently, on time and with an eye to detail. Clean up after the project was excellent. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have wanted to update my bathrooms for years. I always hesitated because I am hearing impaired and sometimes it's hard for me to communicate with unfamiliar people. And then there's all the "supply chain" issues courtesy of Covid these days. I must say I was so completely happy with Abide. Gregory Lee is knowledgeable, patient, and very clear about expectation and "next steps." He kept me updated via email every day. He had suggestions from his experience for things I'd never thought of. I couldn't be happier with my new bathrooms, and I am happy to recommend Abide to all my friends who are considering any kind of renovations
