Sean and Dante were the BEST ! Efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. We are pleased and will continue to use The Experts. Office staff and Sean Q. responded to our calls and requests in a timely manner.

Rob Anderson was knowledgeable, diligent, creative, honest, and caring in pursuing noise reduction strategies and materials for my elderly mother. In fact, he was so honest that he counseled an approach that made the most sense, and worked out perfectly for my mother, but that eliminated his services and the fee his company could have charged had he advised a different approach. We are very grateful.

Matt is finishing up my generator install/hookup this week. He has been pleasant and knowledgeable every step of the way. I feel confident that my wife and I chose the right company for the work. I would highly recommend them for any and all electrical work.

First is the crew were great to deal with, very professional and I have to call David out for his suggestions the new Marantz 7706 is awesome.

Approximately three weeks ago I posted a review regarding my experience with The Experts. Today I am posting a new review thanks to the quick and efficient response of the owner (Cris) who was unaware of my situation.

The technician arrived on time (has for every appointment) and is beyond knowledgeable (an "expert") in his line of work! He was extremely thorough, neat and patient in regards to teaching me how and why the equipment works the way it does!

This company knows their stuff!!! I will continue to use their services and will recommend them to others!!!

I wish there was more than 5 stars! These guys are amazing! First Austin shows up to size up the job. The guy is very knowledgeable. And that's coming from a guy who used to do IT work! The guy's knowledge base is off the charts. Anyway, the day of the job, Austin shows up with the actual techs that will do the work (Sean and James) just to go over the scope of work and make sure everyone is on the same page. Them Austin left and the guys got to work. They spent most of the day at my house and took care of everything I wanted done. Even managed to do things I didn't even mention. All the extra things that absolutely needed doing only proved that these guys know what they're doing. Very detail oriented and I appreciated that. In the end, I not only got everything done that I wanted but also a number of things that even I would have overlooked. I would absolute recommend The Experts!

I have to say if great customer service, and old fashioned values are important to you, then this is the company for you. Austin and his crew did an outstanding job. from the initial consultation to the final install everything was smooth and easy.
And after they were completed the next day we realized that our outside cable line had been accidentally cut.
Austin showed up immediately, troubleshot the issue and completed the repair which wasn't really his responsibility to do.

With that kind of customer service and going above and beyond The Experts are the only company to call for all of your audio/video needs!

Chris and his new team did an great job fixing the problems I have with my Crestron system. He is always immediately available when a a problem occurrs. I would definitely recommend AC/DC

Chris and his crew came in to do rehab and update old. Everyone was helpful with any issue we had. Always found the problem and was able to get it address in good time. I would highly recommend Chris and his guys. Even later had a problem and they were on it in no time. It’s nice to have people that respond after the big job is done. Thank you guys!

AC/DC completed a very extensive installation of a sound, tv, and internet system throughout my entire house. Everything was done with great quality. and professionalism. All systems are working great so far. They were also very responsive and flexible in scheduling the estimate, installation and following up on any complications/issues. Finally, Chris and his team were friendly to work with . I know I can count on them to respond if I encounter any problems down the road.

We were introduced to Chris Lambros, owner of AC/DC by our contractor when we began building our new home. From our initial meeting we found Chris very knowledgeable, taking the time to meet us at the Crestron showroom in the DCOTA Design Center in Hollywood, Fl for a full presentation of their smart home system. Having the ability to see how the system functions in person and to learn how the integration functions at their showroom gave us the confidence to make this investment in our home. Through the entire process of the pre-wiring of our home during construction phase to the installation of the components when we finally were able to move into our home, Chris and his team walked us through all of the issues that came up and continue to give us the support we need.

In addition to the Crestron lighting system, during the construction of our home AC/DC also pre-wired for our security cameras, Sonos sound system and WI-FI system and then later installed the components when we moved into our home. Their team also installed all of our wall mounted TV’s for us.

Tim French has been instrumental in teaching us how to operate all of the systems, troubleshoot and fix minor issues that we have encountered. Everything Tim does is with the utmost professionalism and care.

Their customer service is exceptional, always answering my calls and texts and coming out to our house when we are having issues. This level of customer service is very much appreciated as my husband and I are not super technical and rely on Chris and his team to keep our home electronics functioning. I feel that our relationship truly is a long-term partnership because of the nature of the complex electronics in our home and Chris and his team make us feel like our continuing business is appreciated and important to them.

I used them for my new construction luxury home- complete Sonos 8 area home audio/ entertainment surround sound ,security cameras and full home networking. Great group of guys very knowledgeable and respectful.

Chris and his team are excellent! They did a large install on our renovated home and everything is terrific, high quality, easy to use. Most importantly, Chris and his team are pleasant, honest, timely and easy to work with. Their customer service and follow-ups for the last year is what sets them apart. They answer calls, dumb questions and show up whenever we can't figure something out - they really are awesome!!!!
