They were able to schedule promptly and came out on time. We just bought the house and wanted it cleaned before we moved in. Asked if priors owners left anything in kitchen to place it on table and wipe out the cabinets.I would pay extra, no problem. They were there 4 hours. I was so relieved to know this was one last thing I had to deal with. I got to the house and not ever the light switches were wiped down. Emailed them photos in 3 different emails. Not one reply. I never once asked for my money back and still no reply.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from Molly Maid! From the moment Rachel booked the appt to when Maggie and Priscilla arrived, their professionalism and attention to detail were unmatched. Every surface sparkled, every item was returned exactly where it belonged—only better. It wasn’t just a cleaning; it was an improvement of my space.

They took the time to ensure every room felt refreshed and perfectly put together. I genuinely appreciated how thorough they were—it’s clear they care about the quality of their work and take pride in going above and beyond.

Last week, a member of their team, Robin, stopped by to do a an estimate. She walked me through everything that their team does, which products they use (pet friendly!), and had me walk her through the house to show what I was looking to have done. I love this service because they are truly so flexible and work with you on what you would like done with no pressure to do anything you don’t. I love that you can have them do a simple clean, or you can have them do deeper services like inside of your appliance, etc.

Today, I had a first time cleaning with Shay and Kendra. They were fabulous! So friendly and thorough. When they arrived, they had me walk them through the house to show them around and ask questions about certain areas. Definitely will continue to utilize Molly Maid in the future!

We have used. Molly Maids for 2 move outs, a move in and monthly services. Have been sent different teams and they are all fantastic!

Rebeca was professional in getting the scope of my desired work and she and Damaris were in time and did a great job in meeting my expectations

The team that arrived were very lovely ladies. Very nice, professional and fast. They cleaned our house very well and we were very pleased. They have the cleaning schedule down to a science and we were impressed.
We have scheduled Molly Maid to come every 2 weeks to help us. Reese and Joanne are our team and they are the best! Not just excellent at cleaning but, very nice ladies. Trustworthy, dependable and we are very happy to have such fine young ladies in our home. Today, Annabelle, a trainee came along and she also is so very sweet. Molly Maids is a wonderful service.

We were last minute and needed a move out clean for our apartment in Jensen beach. The owner was super helpful and got two wonderful girls out for us. They did such a great job, and were very polite, I’d recommend them to anyone. Thanks for making our apartment shine ! The maids on Team 2 did a fantastic job on my parents home. After their car accident left them incapacitated, a friend sent the maids over to help out. We’re so pleased with the thorough job they did in the time they were here!

Maggy & Spracilla (Team #7) did an outstanding job on my home. Fast, courteous, detailed & thorough. I give them 100% thumbs up and recommend them to all.

Team # 16 was back in our office today. Shakira & Maltide did a great job leaving a TP rose in each bathroom. Every time they work themselves effortlessly out the front door and even took the time to clean our microwave that as not been cleaned in years. Highly recommend Molly Maids for home and businesses.

8/14 update: My retired roommate was visiting family abroad for a few weeks and she likes to clean. I absolutely do not. So I called Molly Maid to clean my home. When I walked in after work they were polishing all of our Ss appliances. Left the house looking amazing and my roommate arriving at midnight was so pleased. Thank you Crystal and Jessica. I think we decided to have them back quarterly.

October 2025, team 17, Eladia and Jessica, did a one-time job for us. We will have them again, soon. They do excellent work. Thank you team 17!

I had Molly Maids clean my house. They sent Team #16, Aiken & Shakira,
who were prompt and professional. They treated my home with respect and asked questions when needed. I am really happy with their service!

Rachel, Operations Manager, set us up for our first appointment. One never realize how dirty a small office space can be until you have the Molly Maid Team # 11, Tiffany and Britney, at your place for a couple of hours. They arrived on time, worked very well together, made a plan of attack to clean our three offices and two bathrooms. Starting in the back and working their way out without impacting our regular day to day operations. We will certainly be using there services on a regular basis going forward and will be recommending Molly Maid to our neighboring businesses here in Stuart
