I’ve been with Forward for years. Great service. Recommend them highly.

Very professional, on-time service, cleaned up after himself, and all the work, and made sure everything was in working order before he left

Had them do their usual annual maintenance & add a new WiFi enabled thermostat. Couldn't find any better service. I can now monitor my thermostat at will. Bought into their maintenance program.

Guy showed up late and didn’t have the tools for the repair. Luckily they didn’t charge me but they still wasted my time. One the plus side the owner of the company also called me discuss my issues. Having that personal service makes up for the mess up.

They are nice in the office and knowledgeable, however I had to pay $100 travel time for the Electrian to go from their office to my house, before any work was done. Not good business practice.
-
They serviced a unit twice , had to get someone else out a third time to get it right , the business changed hands and cannot recommended new ownership,

Unfortunately, I do not trust this company anymore....they mistakenly sent out two men on a maintenance call which had been completed a week earlier. This call was for a vent fan installation. I was assured the job could be still done, however , they were unprepared...I was left with a ceiling to sand and repaint and charged for 2 men....I assumed the second was in training for he did nothing but sweep. The charge of $350 was excessive for the mistakes were all theirs. They offered me a $50.00 credit on future work.....but I have no intention of using them...they are dishonest.

Used them for years until they started showing up unprepared for scheduled jobs that were explained over the phone prior to the appointment, then charging for “service calls” because they weren’t prepared to complete the job. On top of that, we had to call multiple times to even get them to comeback out and do the job. Tried to explain all of this when we received the bill but they just wanted the money for the extra service call instead of continued business. It’s bad business.
