I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Esteban at Just Right Heating and Cooling. My AC unit stopped working and Esteban showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue with confidence, and had everything up and running in no time.

Honest, top-quality HVAC work.

Living in Florida without AC is no go! So when my house became hotter inside than outside I knew something was wrong. The same day service for a diagnostic test was decent for how fast they showed up. It was after hours for the manufacturer to provide the part so I had to wait until the next day, Mr. Mendes put in my window unit while I waited and had everything ready and completed in less than 24 hours of my initial call for help. He was very patient, kind and knowledgeable! I felt scammed by the previous company that installed my unit but I feel very comfortable and confident in Just Right Heating and Cooling. I definitely recommend. I hope to never have to call again, but let’s be real, it’s Florida. I’ll be using them for all future needs

If you want to pay less for the same equipment than the big companies, than this is the company to go with. Thousands less than the big AC companies. These folks are a very knowledgeable and experienced lean team. Courteous and punctual they had our unit replaced with in 5 hours. Same warranty and equipment as the big companies without having to pay for big company marketing, multiple employees, and big fancy wraps on work vans. This company is "Just Right" Just pay for what you need.

A/C decided to take a crap today and with it being 97 degrees outside you can imagine how hot is was in the house. Esteban found the problem right away and had my AC up and running in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company. Fast, reliable and very pleased.Thank you so much.

Outstanding service, professional, extremely friendly and what was most important to me… honest!!! Make no mistake about it, Esteban at Just Right Heating and Cooling is just the right guy to call!! 😊

We purchased a GE A/C, and Esteban Mendez was our Service contact. He explained everything thoroughly, obtained our city permit and assigned 2 installers who did a great job. It was a smooth and seamless procedure. Esteban is a great representative for Just Right….he’s very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Excellent service, got here in time and went right straight to the problem and my AC is working again, I fully recommend his work 10/10👍🏽

Esteban was knowledgeable, available, efficient and helpful in figuring out my issue. The repairing an helpful with warranty parts.

Just right has delivered nothing but exceptional customer service. When my 20 year-old unit gave out on the first hot day of the year they showed up and installed a brand new unit and did not leave until they made sure everything was working correctly. Steve and his men were extremely professional courteous And hard-working. They stuck to the price they gave me without adding any hidden fees or up charges and instead of waiting for the unit to possibly go wrong in the future, Steve recommended I purchase a 12 year labor warranty through the manufacturer directly because of how expensive it can be to replace certain parts that go wrong. I cannot recommend just right heating and cooling anymore and will be using them in the future for any of my AC needs and will recommend them to absolutely everybody. I know can’t thank Steven his man enough for doing the right job on time.

Had to replace my AC system.
Talked to several local providers.

Just Right Heating & Cooling Inc. A/C and Heat Pump Company just installed a new air conditioner unit on 6/16/25. I had an excellent experience. Esteban Mendez the manager was knowledgeable and professional. After doing my research which Mr. Mendez encouraged I was excited about choosing the Daikin Fit inverse technology AC. Joseph the technician who installed the new air conditioner unit was pleasant, professional and organized. He was punctual and efficient. The unit looked awesome everything was nice and neat. Communication was excellent Mr. Mendez explained everything answered all my questions. The new unit passed inspection with the city and my new AC is working perfectly.
The quality of the service was very pleasing and I highly recommend this company.
