I would definitely recommend Kraus and Krane. I had a problem with my AC and called Kraus and Krane first thing in the morning. They had a service technician there within 2 hours. Justin was the technician and he was awesome. He checked everything out from the attic to the outside. He didn't try to sell me unnecessary parts and was very polite and professional. It was way less expensive then expected. They offer a great service contract. Also both ladies I spoke to on the phone were very nice as well. I will continue to use this company from now on for my AC needs. Thanks guys.

We have Krauss & Crane do our semi-annual maintenance visits.
They always are on time, courteous and answer any questions that we have about our unit. On 9/18/23, our AC was not working. Daniel came over and is very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the issue and had our AC up and running in 30 minutes!
He took the time to call my husband at work and explained what needed to be repaired. The whole process was timely, professional and affordable!
