When i called around 10 am today, for a drain the gentleman was very pleasant and said he will be here at 3 today. When he arrived, What a nice guy, I felt I wasn't getting robbed he made us feel very comfortable with his knowledge of everything. He was earlier only by 15 minutes, which normally I have delt with 1 hour to 2 hour late. We are very satisfied with his work, we will be calling only him for now on if we have any problem with our ac!!!

Called Just Right for an ac estimate, ended up going with a new GE Air Conditioning system. I am very pleased with the installation and it passed inspection here in Port Saint Lucie. I definitely recommend them. Great work guys.

Great service! Esteban came to my house in less than 30 minutes when my AC stopped working. He is very knowledgeable and informative. In less than 24h my AC was working again! It required ordering and replacing the dead motor. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Exceptional service! I called in a panic because I have 2 elderly parents that live with me and both suffer from breathing problems. Within an hour they were at my house! Living in Florida without AC is no go! So when my house became hotter inside than outside I knew something was wrong. The same day service for a diagnostic test was decent for how fast they showed up. It was after hours for the manufacturer to provide the part so I had to wait until the next day, Mr. Mendes put in my window unit while I waited and had everything ready and completed in less than 24 hours of my initial call for help. He was very patient, kind and knowledgeable! I felt scammed by the previous company that installed my unit but I feel very comfortable and confident in Just Right Heating and Cooling. I definitely recommend. I hope to never have to call again, but let’s be real, it’s Florida. I’ll be using them for all future needs

If you want to pay less for the same equipment than the big companies, than this is the company to go with. Thousands less than the big AC companies. These folks are a very knowledgeable and experienced lean team. Courteous and punctual they had our unit replaced with in 5 hours. Same warranty and equipment as the big companies without having to pay for big company marketing, multiple employees, and big fancy wraps on work vans. This company is "Just Right" Just pay for what you need.

A/C decided to take a crap today and with it being 97 degrees outside you can imagine how hot is was in the house. Esteban found the problem right away and had my AC up and running in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company. Fast, reliable and very pleased.Thank you so much.

Just right has delivered nothing but exceptional customer service. When my 20 year-old unit gave out on the first hot day of the year they showed up and installed a brand new unit and did not leave until they made sure everything was working correctly. Steve and his men were extremely professional courteous And hard-working. They stuck to the price they gave me without adding any hidden fees or up charges and instead of waiting for the unit to possibly go wrong in the future, Steve recommended I purchase a 12 year labor warranty through the manufacturer directly because of how expensive it can be to replace certain parts that go wrong. I cannot recommend just right heating and cooling anymore and will be using them in the future for any of my AC needs and will recommend them to absolutely everybody. I know can’t thank Steven his man enough for doing the right job on time.
