Best AC business owner around. 4th of July and of course AC stops working. Most companies have an answering service that you'll leave a message and then eventually somebody maybe calls you back. But all I did was text bonomo home services and received an immediate response that the owner personally was going to come out to repair!!!!!!!!!

My ductwork was a mess been in the house since 1978. Bonomo Home Services LLC put it up to date and air flow is great. Very professional company and polite men to have in my home.

It's summer so of course my A/C decided to stop working. I called Bonomo home services and within 12 hours my home was diagnosed and we had a plan of action. Joe got me to a comfortable temperature while we waited for a part to come in and 2 days later my house was colder than its ever been. It was awesome to have a true problem solver who takes pride in his work. I will never use anyone else.

I was away in NY and when I return home my AC system was broken. It’s old and after just Rejuvenating my roof I truly wasn’t prepared for anything else to break. 6pm I called the company I’ve had a contract with but of course ran out. They wanted a ridicules after hours fee. 229.00 Jim From Remax Roof Rejuvenation referred Joe as he is now family. However the old company sent someone already to check out my air conditioner. The most unpleasant person. Said it’s going to be 119 for me being here and your first problem just the part is 289 Gouging the price of the part by 4 and a half times. I asked him to leave. I called Joe back and he sent his son Jean Luca the most pleasant young man you could ever meet and he fixed this entire old unit checked. Installed the part and had me up and running.FOR LESS THAN THE PART AND SERVICE CALL. I gave an open invitation to have them come here and visit anytime they want. PSL you have an air conditioning problem your best bet is to call the family owned business that I will ONLY CALL JOSEPH BONOMO HOME SERVICES

Joe has been fantastic on two emergency calls. 1st was a result of water pouring through my return; Joe quickly diagnosed a slight tilt in the unit and resolved it immediately with a more than fair price tag. 2nd issue was 2 weeks later, no cool. He diagnosed an abnormal issue with my drain line, fixed it, and did a full maintenance, again, very fair price. Joe is professional, knowledgeable, motivated, and his work ethic is fantastic. He's also a pleasant person to do business with. Highly recommend.

They’re excellent with communication, getting out to the house when needed and take excellent care of maintaining our AC units! They always discuss their plan with us before moving forward and explain why we need a part. They come out every 6 months to service our 2 units. Anytime we’ve called last minute with a question or needing a last minute service, he’s always super responsive and kind! Highly recommend!!
