Florida Environmental Pest Management

Florida Environmental is a great service at a very reasonable price, with exceptional staff.

We’ve used a few different companies in the 23 years we’ve been in Port St. Lucie, but recently we experienced a roach problem that had never occurred before. Most of the pest control services these days only treat the outside of a house and only do that every 2 or 3 months (though they charge you monthly). Our service at the time was one such.

To be fair, they were very nice and when we developed this problem they did come to treat the inside a few times. However, the problem did not abate; it got so that we were seeing Palmetto bugs every day, and the service wasn’t responding as quickly as we needed. No one wants to see 3” live roaches in the dryer, the shower, under the kitchen table, etc.

So when we heard of Florida Environmental from a neighbor and that they service monthly and treat both the inside and outside, we were very hopeful. I talked to excellent account manager Sam Martinelli and he assured me that they could help. We were desperate to get someone in, and Sam managed to get us scheduled the very same day, which is unheard of.

Our technician Justin arrived, talked to us about our concerns, and performed the most comprehensive and targeted treatment I’ve ever seen. He was very friendly and professional, and now we are on a monthly schedule. I couldn’t be more thrilled.
