Absolutely awful experience having one of their plumbers stop by for an estimate.
Showed up with an attitude right off the bat, took 3 mins with a flashlight and said “this job will be 1600$” and proceeded to lose his temper and use foul language at us when we said “We’ll let you know”

Proceeded to charge us $90 for his “estimate” when their website promotes “free estimates”

0/10 points for that employee. You are better off calling quite literally any other plumber. I wouldn’t let these guys work on my plumping if they paid me.

They were available within an hour ! Excellent communication and customer service! Paul was very professional and knowledgeable! He fixed my faucet and cleaned everything up! I highly recommend them and also recommend Paul ! I will definitely use them in the future!

We called JB services on a recommendation from a neighbor. Our main water line to our home needed replacing. We were fortunate to have Jorge show up within an hour of our call. He was thorough with his diagnosis and provided a fair estimate. His work was done in a professional and thoughtful manner. We would highly recommend JB services.

I had a water leak at my meter. I called Jensen Beach plumbing, now Jensen Beach Service, and they sent Roger the next morning. He quickly assessed the problem, and detailed the work necessary to repair the leak. Courteous and thorough. Thank you.

This is the third time I have used Jensen Beach Plumbing/JB Services. As always, they delivered excellent customer service and scheduled us quickly. Joe, our technician was very reliable and knowledgeable and worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner and was very friendly. Tech was a nice guy and fixed the leak but we were grossly overcharged for the plumbing repair. I checked with my brother who is a plumber who owns his own business in Connecticut and he said the parts and labor were excessively charged and the job should have cost half the price we paid. He said that is what he would have charged any customer of his. Needless to say we will not use them again……

I had the pleasure of working with JB Services, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! From the moment I called, the customer support team was friendly and responsive. They scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived right on time.

The plumber, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to explain the issue, walked me through the necessary repairs, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s clear that this company values both quality work and customer satisfaction.

When I called JB Services I said we had a leak in the kitchen area. Plumber showed up without leak detection equipment. He and another came back the next day but couldn't find anything. Charged $539.00. A woman from the office called the next day and asked if everything was okay? I told her we still had the leak and she said she would send Jorge over the next day. We never heard from JB Services again.
Called another plumber who listened to my explanation and within 10 minutes identified the "leak" as coming from the washing machine. He evacuated the water from the machine and cleaned up. Charged $146.00. We will not be using JB Services again.

From the moment I called their office, to the technician coming out , services were extremely good. Super attentive and didn’t need to explain myself over and over, Roger was super professional and quick to get things done. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Broken water pipe early morning and I called JBServices and they sent someone out right away. Roger was very knowledgeable and got the repair done quickly. Roger was very informative and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

Customer service and the installation could not have been more seamless. Had I not been here to see Roger actually install my tankless water heater I would've never known that anyone was in my house. He cleaned up after himself and left the area the way he found it. The only reason I'm not giving you a five star review is because if you have a five star review, you are perfect and you can't get any better. There is always room for some improvement somewhere, but in my instance, everything was great.

Called for emergency service on a Friday, 5 minutes after call,I received a text with approximate appointment between 4 PM-6 PM time that day. Received text from plumber when in route and a phone call when completed. Finished around 5 PM.

Paul was Great he was kind considerate he was clean. Problem is my issue was not Solved. Plumber says that it’s an appliance problem appliance people says it’s a plumbing problem. So I’m a little sick and tired of being bounced back-and-forth but as far as Paul was concerned, he was wonderful really kind of considerate. I have a really bad smell coming out of my dishwasher Plumbing people keep saying that it’s the dishwasher dishwasher people keep saying that it’s the Plumbing. Paul Gave me some great tips on things to do, but it still didn’t fix the problem.

Super easy to work with. Arrived early and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Roger went above and beyond what he was asked to do and answered questions clearly, confidently and concisely. Great experience and will be using them again.
