This is the first time I needed a plumber and I called Dave's plumbing who came out and told me I needed a flush valve and to order it myself. They told me to call them when the part was in to install it. Their bill then went from $70 to $250 to install the flush valve. I left my partner home when the plumber was here because I was at work. I feel totally ripped off. How can you recommend a company that charges you twice as much as the average cost to put in a valve.

I was referred to Dave’s Plumbing by someone I trusted. ..when I called and spoke to Jeff who I believe was a supervisor I was very disappointed with his lack of customer service and willingness to help. He was very short on the phone and seemed disinterested in my plumbing issue. When I informed him I needed to take care this issue in the next couple days because it’s the only bathroom in my house he told me with a condescending tone that they have no openings until sometime next week. Then got off the phone with me as quickly as possible. Whoever is running Dave’s Plumbing I would suggest retraining this guy in customer service or have someone more pleasant answering their phones.

I have just completed an extensive bathroom remodel. From beginning to end, Dave Sr., David Jr. and the workers who came out were wonderful to work with. From the start, we ran into issues as to whether the project would be able to happen, but the team got done for me exactly what I envisioned! It has been a slow process due mostly to my own indecision and they were extremely patient with me-- waiting until I was ready for each step and then being immediately on top of each step when I was. Pricing was fair and guys were great. Thanks David and your boys for everything!!

We have been using Dave's Plumbing for years. They have always been extremely nice and helpful. Usually come out within a day unless emergency then they come right away. One of their repairmen actually told us we could get free replacement on our kitchen faucet, which we did not know, and he took care of everything. The other day our washer machine stopped and seemed like there was something stuck in the hose as it wouldn't drain. Before the repairman came out he called and asked me some questions and said he was almost positive it was the washer and didn't want to waste my money by coming out but it was up to me. Well, it was the washer and he saved us money by taking the time to ask those questions. I would highly recommend Dave's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Fast, efficient, courteous!!!!!

I was referred to Dave's after multiple recommendations from nearby neighborhoods via the Nextdoor app. Their input helped me and I am very pleased with the cost and friendliness of Dave's plumbing. The tech who was sent to my house showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had for him. He replaced a hot water heater for me in a timely manner and the quote I originally received was cheaper than 3 other locally known plumbers. Upon completion of the install, the price was even cheaper so I am very happy with Dave's and recommend their service to everyone!

They sent out Mike George to come and replace my disposal and he did a wonderful job! He knew exactly what the issue was and even spent time to show me what caused the old disposal to fall apart. I can tell you for a fact Mike knows his stuff and was able to get me back up and running in no time! Thank You Mike for your quick service and for teaching me about my disposal!

Jeff with Dave's Plumbing was also really nice and cool to talk to on the phone when I was scheduling my appointment!

First time I’ve used Dave’s Plumbing. The gentleman, Noah, who came to my home was professional, conscientious, and extremely timely with his work. He worked on my home like it was his own. He could not have been a better representative of his company. If the need presents itself in the future, Dave’s Plumbing will be my choice.

Pre-covid I had used them and everything went well. I had a post-covid repair to replace a faucet in a bathroom. The plumber who came out got upset and said the repair was not what he was told and was upset with me and spent several minutes on the phone with his manager. He finally begrudgingly did the repair, but did not give me a bill and said it would be emailed to me. I had written down the exact time he was at my home. When I finally got the bill they charged me for an extra hour labor and their rates were almost double from the last time I had used them. When I called they said, 'oh that was for travel time.' I was never told I would be charged for 'travel time.' These guys used to be a good company, no longer. BEWARE

I called Dave's Plumbing to repair a kitchen sink leak and replace my garbage disposal. Mark came out and did an excellent job. He answered all my plumbing questions while he worked and tested everything before he left. Very happy to have a full functional kitchen sink back! The cost was reasonable for plumbing work. Will definitely be calling them again in the future.

Responsive, but rude. Woman named Pat got very testy when I tried to get an update on a repair to a water main at my workplace. The morning after they came out, the water was still off, a big hole was not filled and there were no messages with any updates. So when I called, instead of asking questions and trying to help, Pat became belligerent and informed me that I needed to turn on the water. When I asked how, she said there was a valve at the building, when in fact, the water had been shut off at the road. Instead of arguing with her, I just said I needed the water turned back on and the hole filled in. She curtly replied that the service manager would call when he came in, then hung up on me as I was asking if she had our number. UPDATE: The service manager called and sorted everything out. His response to my complaint about the rudeness was a cursory, "sorry about that." As of this writing, our water remains off and I cannot leave because someone needs to be in the building when they do turn the water back on. I'm sure I'll find that Dave's does good work, but I cannot recommend them as being a pleasure to deal with. The City of Stuart water crew was far more communicative and helpful, and really went the extra mile in providing excellent customer service, even though the break was not their problem. UPDATE 2: It took about 90 minutes for the water to come back on. I met Bill at the water main, who showed me the shutoff and answered my questions. He was very pleasant and made helpful suggestions. My overall opinion of Dave's has softened, but the lack of civility I first experienced was totally unnecessary and very disappointing. I have not yet received the bill.

DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! After years as a homeowner, I've had numerous reasons to call a plumber! Tom from Dave's Plumbing was BY FAR the most professional plumber that I've contracted. He quickly diagnosed and fixed a leak that was affecting our bathroom wall.
...PLUS, he was extremely personable and friendly. The charges for their services were EXTREMELY reasonable. Our neighborhood Facebook page ranked them #1...I can see why!

Absolutely couldn't be happier with my recent experience with Dave's Plumbing. I called to see if I could get a plumber out to look at a leak. They said they were booked but would try and work me in. They called back an hour later and said they could have a tech over in 20 minutes. Mark called me when he was on his way and showed up ontime. Jeff is the scheduling manager and he definitely knows how to run the operation. Mark did a great job as I needed him to cap off some pipes in the kitchen and bathroom. He worked hard, fast and charged me for the time he worked. I didn't feel like I was getting slow played for extra charges. I have also used Arthur as a technician and experienced the same type of service. They ended up doing a bigger job for me and I couldn't have been happier how it turned out. Job was completed quickly and at an affordable price. I have found finding great services at an affordable price is almost impossible in the "home service" industry. But I am so glad I can now say I have a great plumber. Can't thank you enough Dave and your excellent crew. City of Stuart is lucky to have you.

My daughter had an appliance service team come out to replace her washer and dryer, in the process they broke the washer line back in the wall. As a result, the water to her home had to be turned off. I contacted Dave's Plumbing just prior to their closing time and they very graciously sent a service repairman out to my daughter's home. He was able to go into the wall (minimal) to repair the line and get my daughter's water back on. He also made sure her appliance worked before he left. I cannot say enough about how professional and caring Dave's Plumbing and their team were in resolving this matter. I highly recommend anyone and everyone give them a call for all your plumbing needs! Thank you Dave's Plumbing!

Dave's Plumbing did complete installation of underground and interior plus exterior Plumbing for our new construction house. I can't say enough about how professional and superb all of their work was. They also were incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. Communication about schedule and interfacing with other contractors was absolutely the best. We got to know several people on their crews and they offered unsolicited advice on ways to improve our installation that worked out great. They not only did a superb job for us but they also actually helped make our home better. If I were going to build another house I would single Source Dave's Plumbing. And if we ever have any plumbing needs in this region we will call Dave. This is a locally owned and operated business so you never get referred to some national number and become a tiny piece of work. Dave's Plumbing, please keep up the great work and don't ever change!

Wish I had found them 3 years ago rather than Stuart Plumbing. I feel that I was ripped off and that does not make me a happy camper. I just used Dave's Plumbing and totally satisfied not only with the work performed but the fair price as well. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Called late yesterday as our disposal was leaking and not working. Left a message. Received a return call a little after 8 this morning. By 2pm new disposal installed by Tyler. Great guy. Professional organized and cleaned up afterwards. He gave me some great advice after we leave for the summer. Overall, another great experience from Dave’s.

Dave’s Plumbing was so quick in their response to my leaking water heater . Prompt , courteous and best . I felt at ease with the whole process !!👍

I called for help on a large remodel. I started to describe what the job needed and the reason for my call. I was quickly interrupted and told they would need to see the project which is painfully obvious that he would need to see it, however I should be able to complete my first sentence before being talked down to as if I Don't know what I'm talking about. He showed up 25 minutes late for the appointment. Criticized everything in site and ask the same questions over and over. I answered them each time. By the third time it was obvious he had a bad attitude and he wasn't interested in doing anything. I'm not sure why he even came to look at it. He came in a little car not even a company vehicle, no company shirt, no card, late with no pad and pen to write anything about the project. My experience was a bad attitude on the phone and in person and waiting hours for nothing. Not sure if I caught him on a bad day, but I wouldn't try again.

We were referred to Dave’s Plumbing by a neighbor and started using them last year.
December 26th (yup, the day after Christmas) our master bathroom was clogged up. I called and sure enough, the same day they sent Tyler out. We explained (& showed) what was happening, & what had happened in the past. Tyler listened & was not leaving until he was confident all possibilities for the clogging were addressed.

Nasty people who set me up for a water heater job, sent me a picture of a permit and said they need it signed. I asked if I could DocuSign it myself, no answer, eight hours later asked for a follow up they said call the office because I’m texting a personal number (did not ask to text them) so I called, they don’t know what I’m talking about but tell me to call back the next day and ask for some lady who does permits. I emailed saying I just need a copy of the permit to DocuSign it, no response. My tenant called the next day and they ran him off too, no follow up with me even tho I’m waiting in the background for a reply. Sent them a message saying I’m going to use a different contractor and they called right away saying they never got an email from me yesterday (I didn’t send one yesterday lol, you’re a whole day behind) I sent it two days ago and she said if I want to be like that I can just call the next contractor.

Ok! No problem!

Joey is the man. No bs. Had Dave’s over as another plumber without really checking saying I needed a new toilet. Joey from Daves’s fixed me up within a few minutes. This crew is the best
