Very friendly & helpful staff. They helped me get a window a/c unit out to my car & they put it in the car for me. Always a good selection of products & knowledgeable staff.

I placed a special order for Windows and doors and they tell you 2-3 weeks until delivery, it's now week 5 still don't have the doors and no one in the store has a clue to where or when they will be here, I've been accused of already picking them up and ive had them tell me 2-3 dates that they would be here, but still no doors. Very upset with the customer service and the employees willingness to help you find them. Bottom line get your Windows/ doors elsewhere or be prepared to get the run around.

Stuart Fl location was excellent but the contracted installer wouldn’t return their calls so I waited three weeks for installation. Door was installed and works great but installer didn’t take the old opener and rail with him.
I would give it a 2 but the employees in Stuart kept me updated.

Even though the first two deliveries of the carpet were the wrong color (no fault of Home Depot) the service from Renee in Flooring at the Stuart FL location did a fantastic job sorting things out. The installation was flawless and we love the new look.

This was a customer of ours who bought our equipment to be installed and never paid us for the equipment. He owes over 13K and has made no effort to settle his account. When I did communicate with him he promised to pay and set dates on when but never showed up. It's people like this person that make it difficult to trust any contractor. This individual has taken money not only from the supplier side but from what I hear the homeowners' side. That is a perfect way to burn as many bridges as possible. Life will catch up on you as what goes around comes around.

The preventative maintenance contract that Rob tailored for our building has been exactly what we needed to prohibit any unnecessary interruptions to our system during this hot Florida summer. We moved in to a new house and got Joe’s contact from one of our neighbors. We couldn’t be happier with his work. He has performed multiple services for us over the last few weeks including moving the condenser to a different spot in the yard, adding a mini split to our garage, adding an exhaust fan to a garage bathroom and replacing old bathroom fans in the house. It was been completely stress free and a pleasure to work with him. He has also worked alongside an electrician during two of the projects and the communication between them two has been spot on. I wish we meet Joe earlier! Highly highly recommend.
