Completely failed us! We hired them to service our pool after we bought a new home and they never came. We arrived a month later to find a green disgustingly dirty pool. They were not even apologetic when we called. DO NOT COUNT ON THIS COMPANY!

We called for a quote. After looking at our pool, they lacked capacity to take us on as a client. They do not have capacity for new clients.

Edit: they had our address at the time of the original call and said they could start the next week. There was no indication that there may not be a technician; otherwise, we would have called other companies. When calling we said we needed to start quickly. If they didn’t have capacity, why didn’t they simply say that prior to giving us the runaround for three days?

When I first moved into my home it was the first time I ever had an in ground pool… let alone any pool. I was terrified! Bob, the owner and Kim, office manager, have always been there to answer any and all of my questions. I can call Bob at anytime and he gets back to me right away to answer my questions or he will come out to my house to make sure everything is running properly. All of the pool technicians are very knowledgeable and always do a great job. I can’t ask for better service. I highly recommend Sailfish Pools.

We are very happy with their service. We live in Stuart and after getting our pool installed we had issues trying to maintain it ourselves. After doing some quick research, we found Sailfish Pools (I also remembered seeing their truck going by a few times here in Rocky Point). Customer service was easy to talk to and they professionally explained their services so it was an easy decision. After a few weeks our pool installer came back to do a check up and was actually VERY impressed by the pool test readings. He said he normally never sees it this perfect followed by "Whoever you use, keep 'em!!" Great job guys, keep up the good work! Our family loves jumping into our pool that is always clean and clear.

Mold developed in our attic rafters after years of minor roof moisture buildup. This Service handled everything from inspection to completion with great care. In the middle of the process, Marcus explained how their mold cleaning approach prevents spores from spreading. The mold removal was detailed and performed with proper containment procedures. Their comprehensive mold remediation services corrected the underlying moisture source to avoid recurrence. The crew worked efficiently and left the attic spotless. Highly recommend their team for roofing-related mold issues.

DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY, In September 2020 I contacted this company through a friends recommendation. John Gaffney came to the house, and we discussed an addition to the existing home. I told him my budget was 50,000. He said he could do it for about $60,000. We both agreed and I sent him $2,200.00 for blueprints. He told me it would take about 60 days to get the drawing and permits.
Since the sixty days was around November Thanksgiving, I gave him a couple of more weeks to get me the drawings and to call me. I left him two messages with no response in December. I heard nothing. January came I left two messages, no response. I had to call one of his workers to get him a message to call me. He finally did. He said he was very sorry and that he would have the drawings done soon.
I received the drawing on January 4, 2021. Asked for some changes to be made and did not hear back from him until a month later.
February 4, 2021, the new drawing was completed, and I agreed to go forward with the addition to the house.
It took another month to get a price on the project. I received the cost estimate on March the 13th, 2021. It was $15,000, more than we had discussed, making it $75, 000.00, to add on less than 480 sq feet to the home and remodel a garage into a bathroom. He said due to the cost of lumber and supplies it would be 75,000.00. I took a day to think about it. Left him a message to that I was going forward with the project. John Gaffney did not respond. I also sent him an email requesting my money back, even though I knew that would not happen. No response. He is refusing to do the project, yet he took my 2,200.00 for the drawing.
I feel it is a class thing. A racial thing. I feel I am not wealthy enough for this company but good enough to take $2,200.00 for drawings that he was never going to build. We had a verbal agreement.
