Their mold removal service entirely resolved our mold issue, and their attic cleaning service was quite thorough. To keep the attic in optimal condition, we enrolled in their attic maintenance service. Following an excellent rooftop cleaning job, their roofing crew performed a roofing repair. Our roof continues to look fantastic thanks to their continuous roofing maintenance service. Everything went smoothly, professionally, and without incident. As consumers, we felt appreciated and cherished, and every detail was handled with care.

I am actually astonished at the behavior of the owner Roy. I am a buyer in a community that he services frequently. I had my inspector and a mold inspector tell me there was a leak in the master closet. I am under contract in this townhome so you can see why that would worry me. The current owner of the townhome had ACI come and assess the leak. Roy the owner is the one who did the inspection, he wrote in the report there are no active leaks and that the roof is in good condition. I called him to clarify because the other two professions had mentioned a leak, I wanted to be sure this was not anything that a prospective buyer should worry about. He sternly explained that he comes to this building every other week that there are multiple leaks and he’s been telling them to replace it but no one wants to. You can see how that raised a major red flag on my side. I talk to my realtor who calls Roy herself and apparently he was talking about a different unit. Weird. Well I call him today to ask if he can please write me something saying that either my roof is in good or poor condition so that I can negotiate price while I am still under contract. He answered the phone by saying “do not call me I want nothing to do with you you are a liar” I stated that I was told it was a misunderstanding about the wrong unit. He didn’t want to hear anything I had to say and wouldn’t let me speak. Very unfortunate the way his business is handled. He doesn’t care about his customers and certainly has no respect for them the way he was talking to me. Left me in tears and frustrated as I do not know what to do about my roofing situation for the townhome I am buying.

The driver of a black truck apparently doesn’t know what a yield sign means, and then flys off while looking back. He knows what he did he just doesn’t care.

I had my Roof done by ACI and they put such a small amount of insulation that my upstairs is significantly hotter than my downstairs. In addition, I never been spoken to so disrespectfully than I have by Richard Brockway.

ACI did a reroof for our community. They did not build to code (water ponds for so long it is growing algae). We had a major leaks within months. Remediation was a nightmare. Again they don’t follow code or even use common sense.

A nightmare waiting to happen. Buyer beware!!!

they did our community ... and we could have gone with another the company... But this one had a great price.Did the work on time.... on budget has their estimates stated .....Did all the permits.. Passed all the inspections.... Clean and neat... Great communication also...

ACI is conducting all the roof replacements for Garden Lakes. Rich (owner) is very responsive and such a pleasure to connect with. He takes the time to answer all questions and is diligent in any follow ups. The quality of work is impeccable and highly recommend ACI!

ACI Century just finished the replacement of our roof and I am pleased with this company. The owner Richard he promptly replied to my emails and text and answered my questions, and the crew was very respectful of our parking area and cleaned the debris on patios and driveways very nicely. The owner was transparent about the roof inspection and progress. Hopefully I will not need a new roof anytime soon but for whoever needs one I would recommend ACI Century. Thank you

I didn't have a good experience with one of this company's drivers. I was in traffic with my 2-month-old son, who was crying a lot. I went to give him a bottle and didn't notice that the light had turned green. The driver behind me simply passed by and gave me the middle finger. If this is how he behaves like a human being, imagine how he is like a worker. I do not recommend him because his character is not good.

This white male, age 39, decided, solely because I got infront of him, and didn't drive fast enough. He threw a handful of change at me on road. Thankfully he past a cop and we had a police report filed. And now I know who was driving after speaking with the officer. Very poor choice of actions.

Just wow! Wow and wow again. Roy and his crew have done 5 roofs in our community and all have been to absolute perfection. The workmen are all polite and courteous as well as keeping the area clean and tidy and respectful of landscaping and access.
Roy worked hard to accommodate a resident with dementia who needed to go to respite due to noise and he had everything ready for day the ambulance came and finished the day and returned. I would not hesitate to recommend AIC to anyone! Honestly so happy!
