The bad reviews are nothing like the great service I have received over several calls. I have found them prompt, honest, and friendly. I recommend them.

Whadda dump. Cigarette-smoke infused, dirty, disheveled showroom. Lackadaisical counter help. They refused to service my tools, even though they are a factory-authorized service center. I wouldn't let these folks fix my dog!

Awesome repair guys! I work for a large construction company and these guys are always repairing all of our broken tools left & right! They are basically our go to guys for repairs. Thanks for offering such a great service!

Super nice technician (Blair) who showed up early (!) to check out my dishwasher leak. Unfortunately the leak couldn't be fixed as there were two holes in the bottom of the machine, so I can't speak to the actual repair work, but I felt confident in Blair's explanation and know-how. I'll certainly use Appliance Doctors again in the future should the need arise.

Ordered a part I needed and had it the next day. This is the factory warranty and repair shop for many brands of tools and appliances. Pleasant to do business with.

I went in there and it made me feel really good about the way my garage looks. They sent the guy out who was very honest and truthful tell us it will be cheaper to buy a new dishwasher.

Called "Appliance Doctor" and gave my washing machine make and model! They scheduled an appointment for my day off. When the repair guy came, he told me he couldn't work on my Maytag! He didn't know anything about my model??? So I wasted my day off and have to call another place. DO NOT use this awful company!!!!!! When I called to tell them what repair guy said, I was told, "well i guess that's too bad:!!! DO NOT USE THIS CRAPPY COMPANY!!!!

Al and his family have been helping us with lab part repairs over the years and have always gone above and beyond to help keep us running. Honest, friendly service would recommend to all friends and family

We called them to set up a repair on our Whirlpool refrigerator. The first appointment we could get was 4 days later. We explained that it was a residential refrigerator in our class A motorhome. When the repairman showed up, the first thing out of his mouth was that he didn’t work on refrigerators in rvs. Tried to explain there was no difference in the refrigerator in our motorhome and one in a house. Easy access, he just didn’t want to work on it.

Fast service and they kept me up to date on the repairs. Really nice people who care about the business.

Great service and helpful advice. This is the type of independent business that deserves and needs local support. He saved me over $100 in labor fees. And he helps local guys keep their tools in working order.

Prompt service and repair. Got my Dewalt nail gun fixed. Took two business days, and promptly got a call to pick it up. The place was a little hard to spot from the street. I also put in to fix the Google address as the business is located on SE Dixie Hwy.

Ordered a part for a washing machine. Was told it would be in the next day. Ended up coming in 3 days later after multiple calls. Staff was very friendly. Showed up and the place looks like a bomb went off on there and also smells like a cigarette. As an asthmatic, it's very off putting. They had the part, picked up quickly and left.

These people were horrible from the start. After telling the guy on the phone my street address 3 times, service repair person still had to call because he didn't know my address. After getting there, dressed like he was coming from off shore fishing, he proceeded to fumble around my ice maker until I had to take off the cover for him. He then did absolutely nothing for about 15 minutes, went outside to make a phone call and set off his own car alarm, then came back in and said he couldn't get a replacement from Samsung or anyone else. Then he said that'll be $90. Stay away from these pathetic people.

Two of the most Pleasant ladies I've met in business in many years, I had a great conversation with them and they definitely took care of my broken equipment needs.

I would highly recommend them to anyone that has tools that are in need of being repaired or replaced.

Very honest people!!! You won’t ever have to worry about losing money.
Amazing staff, were super understanding with what was wrong with my fridge and immediately decided to come give it a look the next day. Came in on time before me and my family headed to work. The guy was super honest and told us it be best if we invest in a new fridge instead of wasting money for a fridge that won’t be guaranteed to be fixed. Definitely saved us money and explained to us very well what the problem might be.. will be investing on a new fridge. Definitely recommend the place !

Worst Company I've ever dealt with. Called 4 weeks ago to order replacement stickers for my child's power wheels car since there are the only parts distributor within 25 miles. I was told it should take about 6 days. Called back about a week later reminded them who I was and what I ordered and they told me it wasn't there and they didn't know when it would be in. Called about a week later and found out the girl waited 4 days from my original call to place the order so she told me to wait one more day and she promised she would call me back no matter what...no call. 2 days later I called back and spoke with an older lady who said it still wasn't there and she apologized for "Jessica" not returning my call and she told me she would personally call me later that day with an update....no call. 3 days later I call back and speak to a gentlemen. I ask him if my parts were in and he goes to check with the ladies who wont even get on the phone. He says there has been some sort of problem but has no idea what the problem is and says it should be here soon. 3 days later I call...still not in. I decided to order the part online from another company and received it in 2 days. Still waiting to hear back from Appliance Doctors....who knows if they ever ordered it. Stay Away from this company, they cannot be trusted.

They said something on the phone (labor as part of the visitation fee) and overcharged me for labor at the end for a 10 minute repair (total $220). I suggest going to a more honest business that is clear about their fees.

This company was recommended to me by an honest friend in my community! I called and made an appointment last week, was told a tech would be out in 2days on Friday, and it was rescheduled to today! A nice woman called me both times and now have cxl today's visit cause the tech has a migraine, last week their van/service truck had broke down. Not sure how long this company will be in business or if they really are. Sorry for this negative review, but the "disappointed" customer is "very unhappy", now I will call another company and hopefully get my refrigerator fixed !!!

Wonderful dealing with owner (AL) and service technician (Blair).
On time, professional, gave me great information and had the refrigerator repaired sooner than I thought. A new fan motor needed to be ordered and it arrived overnight and they called and had it repaired that morning...originally thought I would have to wait days. Highly recommend DO NOT use Pristine Appliance (Andy) Had to call twice because they did not call me back. Did not show up when they said they would and did not call to advise me they would not be there. When I called to see if they were coming...no answer and no return call so now I was stuck over a holiday weekend with no refrigerator. Never even called on Tuesday to see about doing the repair. Don't waste your time with these shmows.
