Michael is an absolute stud! He originally came out to diagnose an issue with our water heater, even though he already had a tight schedule for the day. The following day we booked an apt to have it replaced and he made time for us THE NEXT DAY. He showed up early, was as professional as you could ask for, and did quality work, all while answering any questions I had for him. He'll be our go-to guy for as long as we're in the area.
