Jeff and his crew were professional, friendly and did a great job fixing a big leak in A/C duct. Jeff kept in contact through the process and there was no mess left behind at all. Would definitely ask them back for any future repairs I may need.

George was here within an hour of our call and found our problem and fixed it. Explained it perfectly. So nice and polite. Thank you and we will be using your service in the future any time we need help.

Jeff and the crew were wonderful. They moved the air conditioner to the other side of the house and moved the air handler in the attic. I had all new vents installed and a bipolar Ionization added. Our house smells so much cleaner, feels dry & is COLD!

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE this company! Our AC went out on Memorial Day and out of panic, we called a different company that a friend recommended to us. That company knew we were desperate and tried to sell us a new AC unit! Fortunately we sent them on their way and had Marvel (recommended through others on Nextdoor.com), come out for a 2nd opinion. Thank God we did because George (our service tech) fixed our issue! We were so grateful that he was honest and didnt take advantage of our desperate situation. We will use you all for our future AC needs and definitely recommend to others.

Everything about the experience was a positive. Our AC broke down on a weekend (always) and it’s August in FL so enough said. We called multiple companies but Marvel not only answered on a Sunday but made an appointment for the next morning. Came on time, extremely courteous and did the job in no time. Highly recommend!

I have used Marvel Air several times over the last few years, once to move the outside condenser/compressor to the side of the house, and another time for warranty work when the inside coils (a 2 year old Trane unit) were leaking. Both times they were extremely responsive, professional, kept their appointment times, and their prices were more than fair. I highly recommend them!

Jeff and his crew were quick to respond to our needs. They were courteous and very professional. They Installed a new A/C with a stand that actually fit underneath the A/C unit. Looking around the neighborhood, there are not many A/C’s with stands that fit correctly. The only ones we see are the ones that Jeff and his crew have done. We are extremely pleased with his work and recommend him very highly. He will be doing our yearly checks from now on.

My AC unit was leaking water, and left a huge mess in our house after being away for a week. Called a few companies in the area, and Marvel was the only company to come out that day. I think it was a Sunday evening.

I love mom and pop feeling businesses. My mom was end stage copd, her breathing machines overheated at 1:00am. Marvel was at my home and fixed my ac. No other company has ever done anything like that! I’ve since then given this young man referrals to everyone I know. This company has gone above and beyond for me and my family. Jeff Marvel and his team exemplify excellence and integrity, and he honors his word! These qualities are unfortunately rare, and extra refreshing to experience. It was a pleasure to meet Jeff and I feel at ease having Marvel Air Solutions in charge of our AC installation and subsequent maintenance. While others are unashamedly lying to and taking advantage of seniors and anyone who lacks deep understanding of AC systems (this is rampant in the year-round AC state of Florida), Jeff and his team are out here operating in honesty and implementing reasonable solutions! I’ve used Marvel Air Solutions twice and have been blown away by their service both times. After placing my initial call, I was responded to very quickly. I was given a time frame on when the technician would show up and was pleasantly surprised that they were there when they said be or would be early. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. They were able to solve my problems quickly and most importantly, accurately. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

May 2024:

Oops, Our new (2 year old) A/C stopped working. The fan control module failed and would not blow cold air into the house. I called Jeff at Marvel Air Solutions, and he said that those modules just don't fail that quickly. He sent Ken out the next morning (Ken is a great worker!!), and he fixed the problem and got our A/C running. After the work was done, Jeff called and apologized for the unit failing so soon, and then he wrote off the entire service call. What integrity! Boy, I sure wish other businesses were as honest and caring as Marvel Air Solutions. Thank you Jeff, and thank you Ken.

We had just moved up from down south, and we didn’t have any experience with service people in the area. So with much trepidation, we started to ask neighbors who to trust to fix our A/C that just stopped working at our house.

Marvel Air Solutions was recommended by two of our neighbors. We googled them, and they had a very good rating, so we had them come out to do the work. The recommendations we received were spot on. Marvel Air responded in 45 minutes. George (the technician that came out) was quick, thorough, knew what he was doing, and was very respectful and honest. Because of the blockage in my old unit, we had Marvel Air install a new unit for us. It was installed and working by 4:00 the next day. Also, the final bill when the work was completed matched what George suggested it would cost to do the work (It cost less than our last A/C replacement at our old house that we did eight years ago, plus we put in a higher quality unit.). No surprises.

We definitely would recommend Marvel Air Solutions for A/C work.

We recently had to replace our upstairs and downstairs A/C units and air handlers. Marvel Air Solutions were very competitively priced against their competitors. George and his team (Ken & Jacob) were extremely professional and efficient. Communication was second to none. I would definitely use this company in the future for any HVAC needs that might come up.

After we had the two A/C units and two air handlers replaced, we had to have one of the air handlers adjusted for the garage climate. Jeff and his team of HVAC professionals were quick with a resolution and had it corrected in no time. Jeff personally came out to the house and explained what his team would do to fix the issue in layman's terms that a non HVAC person understood. Thanks again Jeff, George, and the amazing Marvel Air Solution team.

Very slow to come back and fix, was very hard to get ahold of on phone, wanted a time to witch he thought he be back. But phone tag one way! Won't be using them next time, and won't recomend them to my customers!!!! They should have offered portable air-conditioned units, but nope

When our AC went out we called them and they were here within a 30 mins! George was Great from start to finish, Very respectful and went above and beyond! Had us cooling down in no time! Will be my phone call everytime I have a heating or cooling issue!

Marvel Air is a trustworthy professional AC company. We've used them for several years. They are very prompt to respond and they don't charge ridiculous high prices. I highly recommend them.

Our 2 year old AC unit decided to stop working in the middle of last night and after a call first thing in the morning to Marvel, they were here in 30 minutes! Forget the large companies. Support local businesses. We had used them previously for our Spring tune up. Upon their visit today, determined the cause, fixed what was needed to keep us cool until they can complete the rest of the repair and took the time to educate us on the problem and answer our questions.
