From the moment I met Javier he was extremely nice and profession. walked me through the entire process he was extremely nice and courteous of my home made sure they cleaned up everyday after the work has been done and it was no easy task to replace the plumbing inside of my house he did all the drywall work while maintaining contact with me about the entire process it was not an easy job as I was replacing all of the plumbing but he made sure it got done correctly. I would definitely recommend Javier and his team!

We had a few hick ups during the process, however they stayed true to their word and the agreement. The workers are respectful and enjoy their work, and Javier responded to any issues. We had a few delays, but in the end it got done, and the owner came personally to the property to check that items on the punch list got taken care. 90% of inspections passed, Oakland Park inspectors are not easy, but the runner, Felipe communicated with me about inspections and when the crew was coming to my house. I attached pictures of my new pool, it looks amazing!

I found this company in Google, and since the online reviews seemed positive, I decided to give it a go for my pool construction and drain feed redesign. I was very clear other companies had tried sorting out the drain feed specifics and could not manage it, but after several calls and visits, they said it was normal and they should be able to do it. They asked for a 30% advance "to make sure I would not change my mind", which I thought high, but decided to trust... bad choice. After 16 months without even getting the drain feed permit approved, they gave up and offered to build a hot tub instead... when I declined, they refused to return the deposit. I have already started the investigation with the DBPR and I am with a lawyer starting a lawsuit for theft, after all attempts to get my money back failed.
They use their employees to seem trustworthy and attentive, but they will delay whatever they can and lie to keep you busy and hooked. If the project is completed on THEIR time, fine, if not your money is gone. Javier Andrade is they guy behind it, do not trust anything he says.

I have seen their reply... do not trust what they say. The plans they are referring to were done by an independent engineer I hired before them and did not have experience with drain feeds. They hired him behind my back knowing they were not able to do it before.
When I contacted the city, they told me Blue Construction never replied to their comments, and they also had their contractor insurance expired. All they did in 14 months was presenting a permit that was not approved, which I paid directly. I am sure all their positive reviews are from friends, I will see them in court and continue pushing for the truth here, and where ever I can find them.

My husband and I are first-time homeowners, and when our city required us to repipe our house, we trusted Blue Construction to handle this major project. Looking back, we deeply regret that decision. It has taken us nearly two years to write this review—not because we like to complain, but because we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, the problems have been endless.

Since the job was completed, we have had to open up our walls three separate times due to leaking pipes. One of the plumbers who came to inspect the damage even pointed out a new leak, which they initially wanted to charge us an extra $300 to fix! Thankfully, we only paid $150, but that didn’t stop the water damage it caused due to improper installation.

From the beginning, the experience was incredibly unprofessional. The workers were messy, careless, and disrespectful. We fully expected some level of mess with a job like this, but basic human decency was completely lacking. Since we weren’t living in the house during the work, we were shocked to come back and find….Two-week-old urine left in our toilets because they knew we had no running water, Rotting seafood with maggots in our trash can because they used it without telling us, A snapped water line caused by one of their workers while the main water supply was still on, resulting in water flooding everywhere.

The anxiety and frustration from this entire experience have been beyond words. We honestly just wanted them out of our house by the end of the project. Now, two years later, the poor quality of their work continues to cost us more money and stress. At this point, we haven’t even bothered to call them again because we simply do not trust them to fix their own mistakes.

If you are considering hiring Blue Construction, please think twice. The lack of professionalism, quality control, and basic respect for our home has left us feeling completely frustrated and disappointed. This should have been a well-done job, but instead, it has turned into a nightmare.

I have used Blue Construction and Plumbing for years. As a contractor with many projects a reliable and honest plumbing company is crucial. In the 10 plus years working with Aaron Suarez from Blue Construction, he’s always demonstrated those values. He’s honest, fair and always delivers in a timely manner. The members of Blue Construction and Plumbing that I met - Nury, Javier, Carlos, and Jorge - are divine people. They repaired a leaking balcony that caused havoc between me and my neighbor, who lived in the condo just below mine. Every time it rained, water flooded into her beautiful bedroom. I called Blue Construction and Plumbing and their sweet and charming business associate, Nury, scheduled a meeting with Javier to fix this leak. Javier figured out the location of the leak and told me, "John, we will stick right by you every step of the way until this job is done properly." A very professional construction team, Carlos and Jorge, tore the balcony apart and applied waterproof sealant, cement, and silicone. A water test, involving a code commissioner from the county I live in, was executed on the fine work that was done and not a drop of water leaked into my neighbor's bedroom. Last but not least, Carlos and Jorge, creatively put together and laid with precision some outstanding porcelain tiles. A work of art that I couldn't resist kneeling down to kiss. Jorge smiled and used nonverbal gestures to remind me I had tile dust on my lips! The emotional dilemma is over, and my neighbor and I are friends again. Thanks for everything and God Bless you guys at Blue Construction and Plumbing. I can't wait until they replace my old hot water heater.
