This is my local Home Depot and I purchase a lot from this store. I had a fabulous experience while shopping for impact window quotes. The store associate, Amanda, took time from her day, while going on her break, to help me get prices for windows. She went above and beyond and showed true professionalism and attention to customer service. Congrats, Home Depot, on having a great employee in Amanda.

I went in today to purchase a water heater and have it installed. After 45 tedious minutes, my wife is on the phone with the "install" company, which I will not name here, but will rip them one on their own review site, and the contractor proceeds to add $600 in service charges, install fees, permits, delivery fees, and tax ... a $300 water heaters turns into $1000 in 5 minutes. We leave disgusted, reluctantly agreeing. So we get home, cancel, call Lowes, and get the heater, install and tax waived for 1/2 the price!!! Great job picking out that rip-off contractor ... you lost a sale and a life long customer!!!
