Timely response, Chris was pleasant to talk to and very efficient. It's just that being a loyal repeat customer I feel $165.00 was a bit much to flip a breaker. I admit my fault for not checking all breakers. Didn't think the solar breakers would be the problem, good cop, not an electrician. Expensive lesson learned.

I have found PACMAN Electric to be a very professional company.
I requested an estimate through their website on Sunday to install a 220-240 V, 50 amp socket for an electric car (Tesla). I was asked for a couple of pictures of the proposed location and the electrical distribution box in my garage.

On Tuesday, I had a clear, comprehensive proposal for a very reasonable price, in writing, via email. I noticed that I had requested the wrong socket and notified PACMAN; they quickly accepted the change request and scheduled the installation for 08:00 on Wednesday, 11/28/2018.

Terrence arrived precisely at 08:00 a.m., got to work and by 09:00 he was driving out after thoroughly testing the plug and cleaning after himself. The installation looks like it was always intended to be there.

I have been using Pacman Electric for almost 15 years for various electric and data jobs. Pacman Electric is on time all the time, they do what they say, and do it right the 1st time. I had an issue with the overall grounding of my home. I had a quote from one provider and decided to consult Pac-Man since I know someone that works there. They immediately sent over one of their techs, Julian, and he corrected the issue driving new ground rods and then proceeded to repair multiple other issues with the house.

Julian arrived on time, worked professionally and without interruption and even made sure he had a mask on at all times. I couldn’t have been happier. Especially when I got the bill. It was significantly less than my previous quote and for much more work.
