Carlos did a wonderful job on our windows, and at a very reasonable price. He was prompt and courteous and wore shoe covers indoors. I can highly recommend him.

We've used Carlos a few times to do all our windows and have been very happy. This time we asked him to add the additional services of pressure washing our metal roof and gutters, our pavers, our fence (looks brand new now!) as well as our bench seats and large planter pots. He's very conscientious - followed all safety precautions for COVID-19 and careful not to spray / damage any of our plants. Carlos is very easy to work with -super responsive to what we need, plus he's fast but very thorough (got every bug on every screen!), shows up on time, and offers a price that can't be beat. We enjoy supporting small businesses - and Streakless Shine Window Cleaning is one we will continue to call on. Highly recommend!!

We have an Eichler with more windows than most houses; plus we have a glassed in atrium which is quite difficult to clean. Streakless did a superb job; and they were super careful regarding our interior decorations. This is a once a year project; very difficult. I highly recommend Streakless Shine Window Cleaning.

First of all, they did a perfect job removing some adhesive from the interior of my home's windows. I had created greasy spots on the windows from where I tried to remove the adhesive myself. I couldn't remove them with any product. They cleaned them completely. Windows look fabulous. They really saved me because I thought I had ruined my windows. They answered my initial inquiry quickly, scheduled me in quickly, came to see the job the day before to give an accurate quote, arrived on time (actually early, but I approved it, and it was more convenient for me), worked quickly and efficiently, and were totally professional. Jose was the one who gave me the quote, and Dennis did the work. Both were excellent. I should have paid a little bit extra and had the exterior cleaned too, but I was on a time constraint that morning. Next time I'd love to do that. Now for something unexpected that they handled well...there was a mixup with the Zelle payment that wasn't their fault. It might have had to do with an error I made in entering the info, or it might have been just a glitch on Zelle's end. I was concerned because they didn't receive payment right away. They were professional and handled it in a generous way, assuring me that sometimes it just takes a day or so for it to come through. Payment did come through in a few minutes, and they called right away to assure me of this. NO, they did not ask to be paid twice, in case you're wondering. I didn't have to intervene at all. We waited a bit, and sure enough, payment came through. The reason I'm bringing it up in the review is that they were very professional and non-accusatory about the whole thing. I'm sure some vendors would be upset if they thought they hadn't been paid. They assumed correctly that we just needed to wait. Granted, it's a reasonable way for most experienced business owners to behave, but not everyone does. Every once in a while you come across a vendor or customer who isn't reasonable. I think people read these reviews to make sure they will have a smooth and easy time with the job they hire a business to do, and hopefully, this gives you an idea of how they handle a small snag. Ah...I'm enjoying my clear windows at this moment! Thank you J&J!

I am very grateful to J&J for the work they did at my place. I had been cleaning that area the wrong way and it never looked inviting. Then J&J turned the place around 🫶🏼. They powered washed the patio floor and it’s now a completely different (very pretty!) color; they also removed all stains from the sliding doors and the light comes in so nicely! The patio is now my favorite spot in the house, thanks to J&J.
Oh! And they fixed the locks without me having to ask which I thought was very kind.
