Terrible customer service. We had a technician come out to repair our air conditioning. While doing so, he broke our attic stairs and molding. I was told Jack Rabbit would be responsible and pay for the repairs, but they refuse to do the paperwork and pay the repair company. We cannot get anybody to call us back from the company and get the runaround from the only one contact that we have.
They are not reliable. And as for the air conditioning work, it was not done correctly and we had to have a second company come after them. I’m very disappointed. -

Had them out and unit was working fine before they came. The tech forgot to replug the UV light and walked off with the freon access valve covers. He did come back with them. Now the unit is not working right. The unit cycles off and on very fast. Not sure if I want them back.
