Charles did an excellent job both detecting the leak and then managed to limit tile damage during the slab repair. He took his time and explained every step of the process. After repair he tested and made sure everything was functional before he left. I would recommend American Leak Detection and if the service technicians are half as good as Charles you wont be disappointed.

Had a water leak where water was streaming out the front door from underneath the floor, they came out and had to stop because it was raining , said they would have to reschedule, I'm thinking they would be back the next day, nope, six days later they come back , hand me an official looking report stating the issue and a 3k estimate to repair. They wanted to knock hole in the exterior and interior walls, 3k did not include repairs of the walls:(....thought I should get a second opinion before taking such drastic measures. my normal plumber came out and within 5 minutes had found the issue and repaired it. Dishwasher directly in front of where they wanted to knock a hole in the wall was leaking, been one week since his repair and zero water leaking....don't recommend

Was the 2nd company I had out, wish they were the first. American found what the other could not. They have a much more technology advanced equipment to get the job done. 👍

American Leak detection really went above and beyond to help me set up my home with stream lab scouts and water leak detection sensors. The entire Of Equipment is very complicated. First all of the sensors need to be configured to the right Internet network of 2.4 GHz, which is not common. Secondly, the sensors are complicated to configure to the Streamlabs system... It was lots of Work but American Leak detection Did an incredible job getting everything set up for me!! in fact when something happened and I needed them to come back, they came back and helped me without any additional charges! after what I went through my home, I had a terrible flood because a pipe broke, and destroyed everything I am confident that with all this equipment it won't happen again! Thank you American Leak detection you guys are the best!!! Thank you very much!!!!!!!

I received complaints of a water leak from the unit bellow me. After multiple plumbers could not locate the source, a leak detection company was brought in by the downstairs unit manager.
American Leak Detection of South Florida come on July 18th, the company visited and concluded the leak originated from under a toilet, recommending a new wax seal.
The next day my repairman replaced the wax seal
Fast forward 3 days later the entire unit was flooded. The leak detection company returned but insisted the toilet was still the source, attributing the problem to the repairman's work.
At that point I had enough, I hired a plumber to perform invasive testing.
The plumber began by checking the toilet but eventually had to open up walls and floors. The leak was ultimately discovered behind the tub.
This company is unprofessional and clueless.
The company's failure to find the actual leak caused excessive and preventable water damage.
If I could give them zero stars I would

Found our pool leak , isolated source so it could be plugged until repair. Came back, did repair, put turf back in place . The cleaned up area and you couldn't tell anybody had been there. Very pleased with Jaun and his associate. Excellent work. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Purchased a new house with more than a few issues and they came out and fixed all my issues with great customer service from the plumber and even the office staff that helped me through the permitting process. I would definitely use their services again 👍

These people are not serious. I called and told them I had an emergency at the house. My main water line was not working and were completely out of water. I scheduled an appointment for the next day between 1-3 pm so we did not have to pay the exorbitant overtime fees (my mistake). My family suffered without water for the night. They next day I called at 2 pm to check if they were coming. I was assured they would be there. Response: no problem, don't worry, be happy. Then at 3:30 pm I get a call to say that they are not going to be able to make it. This means that I now have to call another plumber and pay the overtime fees....

This is a good company owned by great people!

My toilet clogged up when my daughter decided to put one of her toys down the toilet. There was water everywhere. I called Steve and they showed up within the hr. Uncloged the toilet and cleaned everything up for a great price.
