I received service the same day I called. Although it was an emergency to me, it was not an urgent emergency. I could not use my kitchen sink and had to turn the water off from underneath. I was pleasantly surprised for the timely response and professional service from Mike R who was the tech that came to my home. He was professional and actually installed a new faucet for me at the time of the visit. Most companies I had talked to said that I should buy the faucet and then they would install it. Over the weekend our water heater stopped working. After receiving 4 estimates we chose West End Plumbing. The other plumbers offered the same or similar service, equipment and warranties... but, West End seemed more transparent and interested in providing the best services. They were also prices a bit better. The work was great and they even cleaned up the messy job someone else did 15 years ago. I recommend this company.

We will give the highest possible recommendation of West End Plumbing to everyone! We had a very complicated plumbing issue in our home and we were lucky enough to find West End Plumbing through a Google search. We spoke to Adam (the owner) on the phone and he patiently discussed the problem with us. Gary Brown came to our house with Patrick early in the morning and he evaluated and diagnosed the problem with great professionalism and accuracy. He explained the problem to us and he patiently told us how he would fix it. He spent many hours at our house and would not give up until he fixed it that very same day. Gary went far above and beyond our expectations and would not stop until the problem was completely repaired. It was tremendously apparent how much he cared about doing a great job and fixing everything perfectly. It was an extremely complicated plumbing issue and I am sure most plumbing companies would not have the knowledge or expertise to have done that kind of repair. Gary has since done other plumbing repairs in our house with the same skill and professionalism. Thank you so much Gary, Patrick, and West End Plumbing for fixing the problem for us. West End Plumbing is one of the best, honest, and professional companies I have ever dealt with. The owner Adam provided me with exemplary customer service and I could tell his main objective was to provide the best service and would stand behind the work that was done. I have had two different men at my home and both were exceptional. They were Baltimore and Mike. Both were so polite, friendly, and experienced. I had an active water leak in the wall behind my washing machine. The appointment was scheduled promptly and the tech team showed up on time and Mike and James went right to work. They identified the source of the leak and made the necessary repairs efficiently and cleaned up the work area before they left. A+ Service from West End....I know how frustrating it can be to find good honest tradesman. NOT EASY TO FIND these days. Especially when you are looking for professional and honest feedback. I want a company that will tell you what you should do and you shouldn't do and recommend what work REALLY needs to be done. I had two really great Plumbers Corey and Gary who completed a reroute of the main water pipe into my home as well as installing a new hot water tank. They were curtious, respectful and totally professional and kept me updated as to the work they were carrying out. THANK YOU! Corey and Gary!

Now they are not the cheapest plumbers but if you want everything you would expect in great service and peace of mind. You certainly get it from West End. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

I called West End Plumbing because I needed to replace my water heater. They provided a quote on the phone which was very reasonable, and we scheduled an appointment. The morning of the appointment, they called in the morning to confirm the time window, and then again when the plumber was on his way. Excellent communication. The plumber who did the job was professional, friendly, and did a nice, neat job. Everything looked good when he was finished. He was helpful and answered all of my questions. I am very satisfied and will not hesitate to call West End Plumbing again or refer them to my friends. From start to finish, the entire staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with.

The punctuality, professionalism and quality of work performed by West End Plumbing was exceptional.From the beginning, they were honest and upfront of the work that needed to be completed to resolve my issue. I called and left a message and was contacted the same day. I explained the specifics of the problems I was having at my home and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very professional. He explained what needed to be done and put me on the schedule for the next day. Cost for work completed was very reasonable. It took two visits for the completion of my work. On the first day Mark came and explained what he need to do to get the job done and the best way to do it. He was very professional and explained every step of the project. The next day Ted came in to complete my second project. He clearly explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix the issue. I had 2 toilets installed by a plumber that did not install them properly. The toilets were moving. I called West End Pluming to help me solve the problem. They sent Gary to my home the next day. Within a few minutes he knew exactly what to do. During these times it's wonderful to meet someone who is honest and takes pride in the work that they perform. Gary is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very conscientious about his work. I immediately scheduled an appointment to install another toilet in my 3rd bathroom. Gary thank you for being a member of the " A " team!! The owner Adam is also very helpful and informative a well as the girls that schedule your appointment and keep you up to date on the plumbers arrival time.

Thank you Gary you’re the best !! I can always count on you 😊 Had a water leak within a wall and a lot of water came through. I called West End. Gary responded, fixed the leak gave me a good price and is very professional ,and explains everything, takes pictures
and is very reassuring. Also like that West End gives me the appointment with a window of time and then calls me back when they are on their way. Love that professionalism. I will continue to use them in the future.

First off, West End Plumbing offered us a very competitive price. Customer service was very good. Mike and Justine, who came to install a new Rheim Water Heater to replace the old one in our condo, were on time, courteous, professional, and thorough. They were meticulous and studious in keeping things clean and ordered from start to finish, and in putting down a tarp along the path into our kitchen so as not to dirty our floors. They did an excellent job cleaning the built in tray to our water heater. They explained what they were doing and answered all our questions and, at the end, Mike arranged with the city the day for our inspection. They charged us exactly what we were told it was going to cost. No hidden fees or costs. They were scrupulous in cleaning up before they left. We will use West End Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.

After I noticed a leaking problem in my garage, I called West End Plumbing for help largely because of the many positive reviews in their website. They sent Mr. Mike Russow to detect the root causes of the problem, which turned out to be much more serious than initially thought: the leak was from the pipe that connected the two hot water tanks in the house, one in the garage and another in the attic over the other side of the house. Part of the pipe was even buried deep inside the concrete wall. Mike spent nearly two days, searching and pinpointing the source of the leak followed by blocking the problematic pipe and re-routing new pipes to my house. I am very satisfied with his job and impressed by his plumbing knowledge and professionalism. If I encounter plumbing problems in the future (hopefully not), I will not hesitate to contact him again.

This is our third time using West End Plumbing through the years and they do not disappoint. Gary and Jordan were both polite, professional and explained everything they were working on as they went along. I can always be sure that the job will be done correctly and in a timely manner. Gary and Jordan are great guys and I would definitely call on them again for any future work/projects.

Our house needed all new pipes and we didn't know where to start. A friend recommended West End Plumbing so I requested an estimate from them and another company. Both estimates were comparable in price, but not the service. West End walked me through all the work that would be done, potential problems that could come up as well as things that may go in our favor. They returned my calls timely and right away I knew I'd be in good hands. When the crew got there (on time by the way) they were professional, explained everything that they were doing, showed us the progress and answered every question/concern I had. They finished the job earlier than first discussed, which was key because we couldn't move into the house until the work was done. They were mindful of our home and obviously take great pride in their work.
I highly recommend this company, from Randy and Adam in the office to Cory, Mark, Justin and the rest of the crew that jumped in. It was such a relief to find a company you can trust to be there when they say they will and do a quality job.

Great experience with West End Plumbing. Thought I had a leak in the hot water pipe coming out of my water heater and going into the garage ceiling. After a very thorough inspection by the technician it was determined that it was condensation from the recent cold snap. Great job by West End. Prompt Courteous Professional and very skilled employees. Highly recommend.

10-24-24. Another great job by West End Plumbing! Mike replaced a hose bib outside and the cartridge in the mixing valve of my master bathroom shower. Both are working better than they were when originally installed! Thank you Mike and West End!

West End plumbing delivered impeccable plumbing service to our home.
Provided us with knowledge about how to fix and care for our plumbing. The initial diagnosis was a leaky pipe which they would have to tear apart our wall to replace the piping. Mike though saw it was new piping, ran a bunch of tests which saved us over a thousand dollars as there was no leak and didn’t have to tear apart out wall. So thankful for that.
Didn’t charge us for anything we didn’t need.
Punctual for service.
No gimmicks.
Star service and will use again!!
