Inside and out, windows are spotless, reasonably priced, and efficient!

Great window cleaning company. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Have used them for a few years and they have always done an excellent job.

We have an Eichler with more windows than most houses; plus we have a glassed in atrium which is quite difficult to clean. Streakless did a superb job; and they were super careful regarding our interior decorations. This is a once a year project; very difficult. I highly recommend Streakless Shine Window Cleaning.

First of all, they did a perfect job removing some adhesive from the interior of my home's windows. I had created greasy spots on the windows from where I tried to remove the adhesive myself. I couldn't remove them with any product. They cleaned them completely. Windows look fabulous. They really saved me because I thought I had ruined my windows. They answered my initial inquiry quickly, scheduled me in quickly, came to see the job the day before to give an accurate quote, arrived on time (actually early, but I approved it, and it was more convenient for me), worked quickly and efficiently, and were totally professional. Jose was the one who gave me the quote, and Dennis did the work. Both were excellent. I should have paid a little bit extra and had the exterior cleaned too, but I was on a time constraint that morning. Next time I'd love to do that. Now for something unexpected that they handled well...there was a mixup with the Zelle payment that wasn't their fault. It might have had to do with an error I made in entering the info, or it might have been just a glitch on Zelle's end. I was concerned because they didn't receive payment right away. They were professional and handled it in a generous way, assuring me that sometimes it just takes a day or so for it to come through. Payment did come through in a few minutes, and they called right away to assure me of this. NO, they did not ask to be paid twice, in case you're wondering. I didn't have to intervene at all. We waited a bit, and sure enough, payment came through. The reason I'm bringing it up in the review is that they were very professional and non-accusatory about the whole thing. I'm sure some vendors would be upset if they thought they hadn't been paid. They assumed correctly that we just needed to wait. Granted, it's a reasonable way for most experienced business owners to behave, but not everyone does. Every once in a while you come across a vendor or customer who isn't reasonable. I think people read these reviews to make sure they will have a smooth and easy time with the job they hire a business to do, and hopefully, this gives you an idea of how they handle a small snag. Ah...I'm enjoying my clear windows at this moment! Thank you J&J!

I am very grateful to J&J for the work they did at my place. I had been cleaning that area the wrong way and it never looked inviting. Then J&J turned the place around 🫶🏼. They powered washed the patio floor and it’s now a completely different (very pretty!) color; they also removed all stains from the sliding doors and the light comes in so nicely! The patio is now my favorite spot in the house, thanks to J&J.
Oh! And they fixed the locks without me having to ask which I thought was very kind.

For those looking for a professional painting company with great pricing then Millennium Painting is the answer. We have used Millennium several times. Once to paint our previous house and now to paint our current house and roof. And both times they did exceptional work! The prep they do is crazy, they pressure wash everything, scrape away any remaining loose paint, fill cracks and holes then they lay plastic everywhere! We had a pool installed with a giant patio of brand new outdoor tile that we didn’t want any overspray on and they covered every inch before paint. Everyone was nice and professional and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I would highly recommend them. They will be our go to for all future painting projects and pressure washing!

It been great working with this Millenium Painting. I requested a quote got it right away. Irvin just finished pressure cleaning and painting our roof and looks great. Maria was great to work with. Excellent prices and job well done. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We contracted with Millenium for external painting of our home after two recommendations from previous customers.

I had a suspicion things wouldn’t go well when their referred contractor for drywall repair was a distaste, but we had a contract so we went forward. The painters left a huge mess including paint on all of our brand new windows and doors. They even missed an entire corner of the home where they did not paint. We paid extra for patch and fill, they missed holes and had to fix them. They were supposed to pressure wash and prep and in total they spent maybe an hour on prep work. The crew had to come back twice to fix everything multiple times

Additionally we had asked them to match the paint of our new windows and doors, and the color they recommended was completely off. When I asked for a credit the managers response was “we don’t match paint.”

Here’s the really interesting part, when I asked for the manager to come walk the job with me they sent someone who is not a Millenium employee. He explained to me that Millenium doesn’t actually employ any painters, all they do is hire out different crews (this is why our other friends who used them had better results). In the end we paid their bill, but we’ll be filing complaints. Long story short buyer beware!
