LET'S DIVE BRIEFLY IN TO MY HEROFIC EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAD WATER DAMAGE LEAK IN MY HOME WHICH CAUSED MY ENTIRE KITCHEN TO BE GONE. I FILE A CLAIM WITH CITIZENS AND MY ONLY OPTION WAS TO GO WITH FLORIDA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AS A VENDOR, SINCE CITIZENS DONT LET YOU CHOOSE YOUR OWN VENDORS TO REPAIR THE DAMAGES. FROM THE VERY GET GO THEY PLAYED GAMES BY SWITCHING OUT PROJECT MANAGERS ON ME CLAIMING THAT I WAS OUT OF NETWORK AND ASSIGNED JAMMIE TO ME INSTEAD OF NICOLE. TODAY IS 10/24/2023 I MEET WITH NICOLE ORIGINALLY AROUND END OF JULY WHERE SHE ASSURED ME THAT ALL WILL RUN SMOOTH AND THAT SHE NEED IT ABOUT TWO WEEKS TO SET UP THE PROJECT AND START THE REBUILD OF MY Non-EXISTING KITCHEN FROM WALLS TO CABINETS. TWO WEEKS GO BY I GET A CALL FROM JAMMIE TELLING ME THAT NICOLE IS NO LONGER MY PROJECT MANAGER AND THAT SHE WOULD BE TAKING OVER, I AGREED AND WENT A LONG WITH IT. JAMMIE SCHEDULED A MEET AND GRET IN ONE WEEK FROM THE ORIGINAL PHONE CALL. SHE SHOWS UP WITH A GC, LOOKS EVERYTHNG OVER AND BASICALLY DOES EVERYTGING ALL OVER AGAIN AS NICOLE DID ORIGINALLY, I FIGURED SHES GETTING FAMILIAR WITH THE SCALE OF THE PROJECT AND THATS WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. THE GC WALKS AROUND AND TELLS ME HOW WE WILL NEED TO PULL A LOT OF PERMITS ETC, I RESPOND WITH ITS NOT THE CASE AND KNOW FOR A FACT THAT IN MY COMMUNITY IN BOCA RATON FL YOU DONT NEED ANY PERMITS TO DO ANY KIND OF WORK INSIDE THE HOME, THE GC RESPONDS WITH WE WILL HAVE TO CHECK ON THAT. TWO WEEKS GO BY I DONT HEAR NOTHING BACK, NOT FROM GC AND NOT FROM JAMMIE. I CALL AND TEXT, EMAIL NO REPLIES. I CONTACT MY ADJUSTOR FROM CITIZENS AND EXPLAIN THAT EVERYONE FROM THE COMPANY IS MIA AND I CANT GET A HOLD OF NO ONE, SAME DAY SOMEONE CALLS ME AND TELLS ME THAT JAMMIE ISNT AVAILABLE AND THAT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR HER CALL BACK, THIS GOES ON FOR ANOTHER WEEK AND FINALLY SHE DECIDES TO CALL ME BACK AND LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPEND SHE TELLS ME SHE NEEDS TO COME OVER NOW WITH A KTICHEN VENDOR TO MAKE MEASUREMENTS, OF COURSE I AGREE, IT GETS BETTER AFTER THE KITCH VENDOR TAKES MEASUREMENTS SHE TELLS ME ANOTHER WEEK FOR THE 3 D SCATCH OF THE KITCHEN CABINETS, OBV I WAIT, HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO MY SURPIRSE SHE CALLS ME A WEEK LATER AND TELLS ME THAT WE CANT USE THEIR KITCHEN VENDOR AS THE VENDOR AND FLORDIA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY CANT COME TO A COMPRAMAISE OVER $300 FEE WHICH THE KITCHEN VENDOR ASKED IN ORDER TO RELEASE THE IMAGINE OF THE KITCHEN AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO LOOK NOW FOR MY OWN KITCHEN VENDOR. THIS IS A SHORT VERSION OF HY HORIFIC EXPERERINECE, LONG STORY SHORT I FIRED THIS COMPANY AND NOW IN PROCESS OF STARTING FRESH WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENCT COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY KIND OF REPAIRS AND DONT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY, BUNCH OF LIARS AND UNPROFESSIOANL STAFF INCLUDING THE MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP. IT IS NOW TWO PLUS MONTHS THAT MY FAMILY IS WITHOUT A KITCHEN, IT IS 5 OF US, ME MY WIFE AND 3 YOUNG KIDS. EVERYONE AT THE COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELFS AND WHAT YOU HAVE PUT ME AND MY FAMILY THROUGH. EVERYOTHER, REVIEW THEY HAVE IS FAKE AND FROM YEARS AGOI ALSO I AM CONSULITNG WITH AN ATTORNEY NOW AND WILL TAKE THIS MATTER TO A DIFFERENT LEVEL AND GET COURTS INVOLVED. SHAME!! SHAME!! SHAME!!

First of all I shipped around as Hurricane Irma damaged my roof on September 11 to 12, 2017. They had the best price. I knew someone who had work done by them. I visited that person and was impressed. While work was being done, they were thorough, safe, quick, courteous,.etc. Even while choosing the tile and color they showed me the selection and left a sample. While they took the old broken down roof off,, they didn't leave a mess. I got no complaints from the neighbors. I wish I could give six stars but five stars is the highest rating. I highly recommend them with all across the board five star rating.

Stay away from this company!! They are terrible to work with! We had a plumber give an estimate for around $6,000 and they charged over $25,000. They also lied about the job they were hired to do. Please do not use this company.

I had same experience through citizens renovation program. They were assigned in September and dragged all the way to December 2023. In January 2024 They didn't do anything but collect over 47k from citizens. Horrible experience, lost 5 months, they were full of excuses and nonsense. Citizens decided to pull the contract out from them. Horrible company to deal with. Avoid them! Run away! They wasted our time and, in the end, decided not to show up to scheduled meetings and avoid calls. They should not be in this program as I can tell others had the same experience. They just don't care. They will blame each other all the time. Stay away folks!

This is one of the worst and most unprofessional companies to ever exist. They refuse to respond to basic calls and emails and always promise someone will call back, but they never do. Unfortunately, they are one of the preferred vendors for insurance repair programs, yet they are blatantly ripping off insurance companies and insureds. On multiple occasions, this company has tried to underquote material cost allocations to profit more at the expense of insureds. This is blatantly wrong and one of the reasons we suffer from insurance issues in the state when carriers are outsourcing repairs to inept companies instead of letting their insureds properly repair their homes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Over 2 months ago they were assigned by Citizens Insurance to rebuild my kitchen. Promised by them we would be completely done by Halloween. I should have asked what year, I guess, they have not even started, they took my deposit, cashed a $13,000 deposit, and here mid November, absolutely nothing is started, they have not even applied for permits! And our rep, Mike just piles on excuses, when he can actually be reached. Do not get scammed by these guys.
