Xavier was professional, knowledgeable with great customer service skills. He went above and beyond. I have few problems, and he fixed those to the perfection and fast! I am very grateful!

Great experience and great price. Very communicative, gave me estimates for all the scenarios I presented and was very helpful in the decision making process. Once the work was underway, I had to delay him about 20 minutes so not to lose internet during a meeting and he happily complied. Overall this was the best possible experience.

From the moment they knocked on my door, I was impressed. Jimmy and Beatriz were kind, professional, and respectful. I especially appreciated how Beatriz took the time to introduce herself, Jimmy and the purpose of their visit — such a simple gesture, but it really stood out. Jimmy was incredibly informative and patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything to me in a way that made sense. That level of transparency is something I have rarely experienced with other companies in the past. Highly recommend!

Xaviera, Romario, were great. I had my circuit outside box and inside box replaced and had smoke dectctors installed. They were on time and completed the install in 5 1/2 hours. They cleaned up and you wouldn't have known I had all this work done

I would use Xelectric again for any electrical work.

I went with this company because of the great reviews, but the person they sent out not only arrived late but didn't fix the issue, made it worst, and keeps resecheduling to come fix what he did. I won't be using this company again.

Edit: The owner called me and wanted to set it right and said he would send his best tech right away.
