I have terminated my service contract with this company due to poor care of the pool - weekly visits to maintain my saltwater pool took on average 7 minutes each and did NOT include: scrubbing of the pool walls, cleaning the bottom, nor cleaning of the filter. The only thing was performed is surface skimming and used a test strip. Not much for $95/month.
P.S. The company owner Steve reached out 4 days after the contract termination, accepting the complains and offering apologies, really nice guy, seems like. He returned the last month payment for the service, regretting that I should have complained earlier about the service quality and kept the company up-to-date.
I'm upgrading my rating from 1/5 to 3/5 for the way the issue was eventually handled. -

Thank you for a beautiful pool! It was a smooth and very amazing experience, my father and I are very happy with our new salt pool and new tile. We would HIGHLY recommend using this company.
