We contracted with Coastline Pools and were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and their professionalism. The process was seamless and we would highly recommend them for all your pool needs.

We recently used Coastline Pools to resurface our pool with Diamond Brite. We had estimates from several companies, but were very impressed with Coastline’s presentation. The owner, Steve Schaefer, personally came out and presented me with a beautiful folder containing everything we needed to know about his company and the resurfacing process. It included a nice letter and a proposal to resurface our pool. In addition, there was a certificate from the SGM company certifying that Steve was factory trained in the many products SGM uses in the pool and spa industry. The packet included a copy of Steve’s State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation Construction Industry Licensing Board certificate, a certificate of liability insurance, a page with Diamond Brite & Gem Finish Care, a page with what you need to know if sandblasting is required, and colored brochures showing the color samples of Diamond The estimate from Coastline Pools was comparable to the other estimates we received.

Carmen, from Coastline’s office, was unbelievably organized, efficient, and such a pleasure to deal with. She’s amazing!

When our pool was finished we received a nice thank you card from Steve.

We recently hired Coastline Pools to do a complete pool 'remodel' (sandblast,remove old coping and tile and replace with new coping, new water-line tile, accent glass tiles on steps, new DiamondBrite, new filter/valves) and we can't be happier with the results. Everyone at Coastline was easy to work with, knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. From the first meeting to discuss the project and obtain an estimate, to selecting the right finishes in the showroom (tile, DiamondBrite, etc.) and getting the work done - everything was as expected. No surprises. The Coastline crews worked diligently and did a beautiful job. It was a pleasure to do business with Coastline and I highly recommend them.

I recently had issues with my pool pump, called up Steve the owner and within a day he was there. He had someone come out to fix the issue. Even with all that rain we have been having they still showed up. Coastline was also the company that resurfaced my pools several years ago and still looks great. Thanks to the previous owner of the house for giving me the recommendation to call them if I ever had any pool issues. Great job guys and keep it up.

We had several areas of loose pool coping and a few adjacent pavers. Coastline came recommended by another company that serviced our paver driveway. Steve came out and provided a reasonable quote which we accepted. The repair was done within a few days and our pool deck area looks great again. We are very pleased with the professionalism, price, and quality work. We'll be reaching back out to Steve when it comes time to resurface our pool.

As a homeowner, when I decide to make a major investment in my house, I am always nervous after I sign the contract, worrying whether or not the contractor will deliver as promised. From the minute Steve (the owner) stepped onto my patio, I had a good feeling that he would do exactly what he said he would do. His staff is extremely professional and all expert at what they do. Carmen in his office is a "gem", she called almost everyday throughout the week long process to explain next steps and answer any questions. Day 1 -John came out to empty the pool and install our new pump. He arrived EARLY and walked us through all of the steps BEFORE he began the process. Day 2 - Rishard and his Dad arrived to scrape the old finish, install our new tile and prep the pool for new diamond brite. They were extremely patient with me while deciding how to position my turtles on the bottom of the pool. They are terrific craftsmen who take pride in their work and it shows. Day 3- The Diamond Brite team arrives - all 7 of them! Watching them work was an experience in TEAMWORK. At one point, there were 5 guys in the pool, all applying the diamond brite finish, in unison. As quick as they had all the equipment and tools on the patio, it was cleaned up and gone. Finally, John #2 came out to fire up the pool. Everyone did what they were supposed to do when they were supposed to do it. They arrived on time and cleaned up before they left. Everyone was very friendly, respectful, customer focused and experts in their field. Thank You to the entire team for making this a pleasant experience. We are so happy with the finished product!

Had my pool resurfaced and all new tile , the work was performed timely, and we are very pleased with the finished product, we actually use our pool now! Prior to refinishing our pool I did the maintenance myself, now I use there service, our pool is always clean and looking great, They are very customer service oriented and take care of issues promptly. Coastline did a renovation of our deck after a disastrous job buy a cut rate company.
The finished look was exactly what we had envisioned when we first planed this renovation.

The owner Steve Schaefer visited the site every day to check on the progress and to check with us each step of the way.
The attention to detail was outstanding.
The work was finished on schedule and we were charged exactly what was quoted.

My neighbor is now using Coastline to diamond bright his pool after seeing what a quality job Coastline performed on our deck.

Coastline Pool Service is the real deal. They were quick. From beginning to end 5 business days. They totally remodelled my pool and it looks great. Steve and his team were professional from the very beginning, and responded very quickly if there were any questions or concerns. We had the diamondbrite in our pool redone, and we had our pool tile removed and replaced. We’ve also started using Coastline for our weekly pool service and we are very satisfied. Very happy overall; highly recommend this company for larger pool projects or weekly pool service.

Our pool deck and pool bottom had nasty cracks in them, and the cracks were getting bigger quickly.

It took two weeks and a surprising amount of money, but the end result was even more beautiful than we imagined. We now have the nicest backyard pool in the neighborhood. These folks surpassed every expectation, and we are so happy to have chosen Coastline for this work.

At least five yeas ago my pool was a mess. My local pool store recommended Coastline Pools to repair and diamond bright my pool.
It is beautiful. They did such a good job I hired them to do weekly maintenance ( I had tried others prior) .
I recently retired and we are moving to central Florida. The first time the Realtor came to my house he said " Wow !!! that pool is going to sell this house". We had a contract in two weeks.

Coastline Pool Service just completed renovating my pool (Tile, Diamond Brite and LED pool light) and I am totally satisfied. The job was done perfectly and on time just as Steve had promised. My wife and I stopped by his office/warehouse to look at tile samples and I was surprised to see his premises so clean and well organized. Valerie was also very professional and courteous in dealing with questions and paperwork. All in all dealing with Coastline was a very pleasurable experience and we're very happy with our new pool.

Steve, John, Carmen, Norris, and all others involved did an excellent job. Newly discovered issues were handled professionally and competently. They did a fantastic job! Absolutely excellent service, professional, competent and thorough. Steve and JC have always, for many years, been so responsive and provided incredible customer service. We recently were losing water in our pool. Not only did JC bulldog this until the problem was found, but trouble-shooted the entire pool and turned a blah, cloudy and "stagnant" looking pool into a crystal clear, diamond-sparkling and super inviting swimming place. I am now so happy when I look at the pool and even happier to swim beneath the gorgeous sparkling surface. Thank you Steve and JC for restoring our pool's condition and bringing much needed satisfaction and happiness to our back yard oasis. Highly, highly recommend!!

After doing an exhaustive search for a pool company, living in South Florida you hear all the pool horror stories, I’m pleased to say that COASTLINE POOLS is the company I chose. From the beginning estimate to the firing up of the pool at completion this company showed the professionalism I was looking for. I am naturally a cautious person and I can reassure you that if I had to do it all over again I would hire Coastline. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive, they were fairly priced and you get what you pay for, I wanted a great job and that’s what I got. I have already recommended Coastline 3 times already and will in the future. Thank You Steve I appreciate you and your company

We contracted with Coastline Pools and after we gave deposit, as the owner stated work began within a few days. From the time they drained the pool and did all the work it was just over a week. Over all we are very satisfied with the company, owner and the entire experience. We did have a few issues with the quality of the application of the Diamond Brite and after speaking with Steve the owner he had someone come and make corrections. I am awaiting a meeting with Steve to show him a few others areas needing to be polished, but expect he will make sure we are completely satisfied in the end. His company have been very professional and I would recommend them.

Working with Steve is nothing short of a pleasure. He knows his business very well and listens and evaluates before making a suggestion. We had diamond brite our pool again after 25 years and we had Steve update our pool system bringing us out of the dark ages.

We went with Jandy and wound up have a connection issue. Steve got Jandy to contact us right away and the problem was not only resolved, the tech taught us how to reconnect the system to my cell, if this ever happens again, as well as a few good to know pool tips.
Steve answers the phone when you call and if it goes to voicemail he calls you right back.

We are happy with our pool and would use Coastline Pools again in the future.

Steve as the owner operates an efficient and professional pool business. Coastline Pools resurfaced our pool with diamond brite as well as installing lights.
