Today I met Sam Mustafa a true gentleman and professional , shared all I need to know and more. What a breath of fresh air.

If you in the market for hurricane impact window n doors or any home improvement business ask for Sam Mustafa only. Excellent man

This company buys stolen leads from other companies. Sabrina from the call center called me, I confirmed that I never gave them my info and she suggested that they may have purchased my lead info. I asked to escalate this with the call center manager or office operations manager but she declined to transfer me. Claimed there was no one in the office who could take my call. Too many shady companies in this business. If the owner would like me to take my review down he can call me himself and tell me where they purchased my information.

Great service, wonderful follow through on the day of final inspection. Lazaro and his team worked on some minor cosmetic details but we were immensely impressed with the service. Highly recommend.

Great installers look out for you and clean up after themselves, I have worked with multiple contractors and very few actually work clean.

it was my pleasure to have chosen Elite Impact Windows to install all windows and all doors in my house due to the high end quality of the materials and professional and experience installers that took extra care with furniture and all minimal mess 😀. I'm very happy with all the staff and the outcome of the job well done.

From start to finish, our experience with Jose Gomez was outstanding! He took the time to really understand our needs, walked us through all the options, and explained everything in a way that made us feel confident in our decision. He wasn’t pushy at all—just incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He even helped us take advantage of special promotions, which saved us money! The installation process went exactly as promised, and the impact windows and doors look amazing. If you’re considering upgrading, I highly recommend working with Jose Gomez —you won’t regret it!

I am well satisfied with the work of the installers and quality of the doors. They worked very hard to get the job done correctly. I would recommend this company.
Team Josue did the work .

Lazaro and his crew did an excellent job so far.

Great experiment with this company our new windows not only look great but will serve for extra protection during Florida’s unpredictable hurricane season. If you need impact windows and doors this is the company to go with. Nelson was very helpful from installation to inspection!

Josue's team, Robert and Alejandro did a beautiful job installing our balcony sliding door and two impact windows. These guys know what they are doing, they are very professional, detailful and want to make sure that everything works out perfect!

The guys got busy upon arrival and didn't stop until 9:30pm. They completed the entire job in one day. The workmanship looks to be really good.
Lazarus and team are great.

John at USA Windows and Doors is amazing! His knowledge and great personality really helped in making a very life changing decision seem easy and affordable. I would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade and make their home more energy efficient.

Ernesto Hernandez and the team was on time ,they worked very clean very nice team. I will recommend them for anything. Thank you 😊

Scott was the rep my wife, and I had the pleasure of meeting. Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Was a pleasure to have explaining information to me. Hope the other reps are the same.

Excellent and efficient work Nelson and his team are very professional workers.I recommended 100 percent thank you USA green contractors

Called this company trying to get a quote for a new roof installed. They canceled my their first visit due to an emergency understandable (if it was legitimate)I then rescheduled for their next availability, that day comes and I receive a text saying they will be there in 40 minutes so I wait, meanwhile this is the second time I called out of work only to have them call me 20 minutes late and state they are running behind and won’t be able to arrive for another 2-3 hours. If this is how you schedule appointments how long does the work take. Not worth the risk in my book, glad I got out before I was locked in.

Good job Josue team very satisfied job well done.A special thank you to Mike for o job well done he was prompt in showing up when he was ask to check a problem during the installation. Thanks again Mike God will bless you and your family.
