Be warned. Do not contract any remodeling with this company. Remodeling my new kitchen has become a nightmare. Ultimately the architect measured and designed the kitchen incorrectly. Now I am left with cabinets that I can’t open completely and spaces I can’t access. The kitchen also failed inspection. And what is worse Jacob will not take responsibility for anything.
Sadly it was my elderly parents that did not get the kitchen they paid for.

Jacob and his guys did great work for me. I did my whole kitchen and it came out great. Jacob was responsive to all calls and texts. His bills were fair and there was no BS. Totally recommend

They worked very hard to make sure that everything was taken care of.They were very efficient and professional.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

It was a pleasure working with Jacob Kligman, the owner and Jeanette. I wanted to remodel my kitchen but was working with a limited budget. Jacob advise and suggested ways to give the kitchen a total new look by changing the doors without removing the existing cabinets, using my existing space Jacob added extra cabinets and even saved enough space to sit and watch TV. His various workers were tops in their trade and wove their magic with respect and every detail taken care of.
I can go on and on. I wish I had more work to give K construction.

I used k constructiob & Remodeling to renovate my kitchen. They installed new flooring throughout the kitchen & installed a door.The kitchen was getting in the way a lot now it's not a problem anymore.In fact, everyone of kconstruction& remodeling is a professional.Even after the work was well done, their response was phenomenal. thanks guys.

Great contractor from start to finish. From plans , permits and construction K construction is 5 star plus. Jacob stands behind his work and is super fussy about workmanship. Always returns any call, right there if you have questions. I HIGHLY recommend K Construction. Outstanding customer service and craftsmanship.

K construction & remodeling did a fantastic job renovating our home on Miami. Hard working, fast, and great workmanship. I've worked in real estate for a long time, and done many home renovations in my day. These guys are some of the best I've come across. My wife and I definitely had our vision, and jacobo worked closely with us to make it a reality. His problem solving ability is incredible; artistic, and true to our intended final feel. We used K-Construction/The Kitchen Remodeling Co to do a TOTAL remodel on our condo. The workmanship was top notch, and we are very particular having used contractors in the past for remodeling in other states. His workers were very nice and knew what they were doing. Jacob is wonderful to work with. He has great ideas and is very easy going. I can't say enough about this company and would give him 10 stars if I could. I have already recommended him to a friend and would highly recommend him for any project. We love how our "new" condo turned out!

I used K Construction to remodel my condo in Fort Lauderdale. I am located in New York and was able to complete the project fully remote. Jacob and team did a great job and are super professional, transparent and were able to walk me through everything as it was happening. Jacob was also able to deal with a very difficult building and board to get the project completed.

We hired Jacob and his team to perform a whole house remodel. This was our first time being part of such a big project. The team was patient and helped us navigate the town permits. Jacob is very flexible and offers options for each step. Jacob has good knowledge of the building supply market and made good recommendations. With all construction projects, there are bound to be mishaps and changes at the last minute. Sometimes things had to be fixed one or two times. I understand that finding top quality subcontractors is not easy in South Florida with so many projects. Overall, as long as you are dedicated to managing the project with Jacob as your partner, than I would recommend.

Just had a broken pipe under my sink. I called anything plumbing and they came after 45 minutes and replace the broken pipe. Highly recommended! Definitely will use them again!
