I’ve used these guys now for everything from adding a couple of extra outlets, to installing pendant lights to a full new electrical panel and some re-wiring. Yesterday Tony and Jacob came out and installed a generator interlock kit. Earlier this week Ian crawled up in our cramped attic to re-wire a pool pump wire that the previously homeowner had foolishly tied into a lighting circuit).

Not only do they always do good, professional work and clean up perfectly, but their business practice is to NOT collect payment before or even at the end of the service call. Instead they follow up by phone either a few days or a couple of weeks later (depending on the scope of the job), to make sure we’re satisfied that everything is working properly. THEN they shoot us an invoice.

And Cathy and the folks in the office will text or call to communicate throughout.

Jacob did an outstanding job! He came out to rework my ceiling fan and light fixture and handled everything with speed, precision, and professionalism. Not only was the work done quickly and efficiently, but Jacob’s pleasant attitude and top-notch customer service made the whole experience smooth and stress free. Tony and Drew did a great job replacing a number of exterior and interior lights at our home. Provided good suggestions for us along the way and effectively communicated pros and cons of those suggestions. Will have similar tasks in the future for our home and will specifically request Tony and Drew for that work. Thanks guys!

Great work by Myles and Jacob to install a dedicated kitchen outlet. Pretty difficult in an 86 year old house, but they stayed with it without complaint. 2nd time I've used Joel Foy Electrical and definitely not the last. Also, they charge you for actual materials. My last electrician liked to triple the material cost!

I have been renovating my house since Dec 2024 and have used Joel Foy Electrical 3 times. Every technician that they have sent to my house has been awesome. From Myles and Jacob, Ian and his assistant (so sorry I can't remember his name because he was an extremely awesome young man) and Jacob and Alex. They fit me in quickly and the two electricians (Drew & Tony) that came out to my house were respectful, knowledgeable and got me back up and running. Jacob and Danger did a top-notch job of installing a light fixture. It involved going through drywall to drop wiring and putting in a new socket. They were professional and quick.

Joel Foy Electrical came out and did numerous repairs on my electrical today based on home inspection so that I can sell my home. The techs were professional and explained everything they did, took pictures and sent them to me, and left their work area very neat and clean. The invoice was very reasonable.
