Made an appointment and the window was 9 to 12, no one ever showed up. Never got a confirmation of my appointment 24 hours before as I was told I would. When I called the company the first time in the morning of the appointment, they told me that the technician was running late and that he would call me 30 minutes before coming to my place. 3 PM rolled around, I called the company again to check, they hung up pn me. Now they don’t even take my phone call anymore. So, I don’t know if this is a scam or what the deal is, but I am very disappointed that I spent all my morning -that I could have been doing something else- waiting on these people to then just get lied to and ignored.
