Tadlock Havac was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They were able to get me in via online scheduling the very next day for our heat issues. Even attempted to get me in early when another family rescheduled! They sent a message when on the way, and were prompt and quick to get to work.
Super kind and good at explaining what was happening to people who have no idea how hvac works.
We definitely appreciate them & signed up for their annual membership for additional maintenance and cleanings.

Jeff was the person who cleaned our ducts. He arrived on time, had heavy duty equipment, spent most of the day taking down every vent and return duct cover to clean them. They looked new after he was done, really amazing for a system that's approaching 50 years and hasn't been cleaned before. Midway through the project I went into a bathroom and the debris on the white fixtures that had come out of the duct was awful. After about 7 hours he was done and our home was cleaner than any cleaning service has done. I was very impressed with the fan from the HVAC before and after he cleaned it. I HIGHLY recommend Tadlock Heating and AC and Jeff.
