We are so happy with Parker Services taking care of the heat/AC needs at our home since June of 2021. Here is just one way they shine: We have a mini split AC/heat in our sunroom that was installed incorrectly by another AC company. It has leaked water all over the floor for years! So we got recommendations from friends about who to call for help. Parker Services was the winning choice. We are so happy with the right person to fix our problem and correct the wrong that was done. No, we did not need a new/different system. Donald fixed our problem completely. He told us about the problem that caused all the head ache. We are so grateful for Donald's skill and Parker Services!

Our air conditioner died on us and we decided to switch companies. We ended up picking parker services. They were always on time and communicated well. They have great technicians that are knowledgeable and answer any questions you have. They also know come out to check their work 6 months after install free of charge. Highly recommend if you want a trustworthy HVAC company.

I always recommend Parker Services to others. They do a great job, but more importantly they are honest. When you call for air conditioning services they will only fix what is necessary and never try to sell you a new system like most others.

Chris Bailey came in to help diagnose a complicated and new Bosch 2.0 Inverter Heat pump system issue, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and he was able to quickly diagnose [while also spending a lot of time making sure it worked well] and repair the issue that had been causing problems for weeks and skyrocketing my electric consumption. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to explain what was going on and answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand.

Throughout the entire process, Chris was friendly, reliable, and efficient, and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working perfectly before he left. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and his dedication to getting the job done right.

Parker Services is a wonderful company from the top down. The employees are experienced, dedicated, and love working for their company. I have tired many HVAC services for our residential units, but I prefer Parker above all others. They are nice, work until the job is done, will NOT waste your time or money and are committed to doing the best job. Hands down the best company in Tallahassee.

Very pleased with the service and professionalism! I called another company, Coopers, before I called Parker’s. Coopers didn’t get back to me for 3 days, Parker’s came out same day and took care of my issue. Great company!

Thank you to Hunter for maintenance work on our a/c system yesterday, in the heat. His suggestion of adding a power surge unit dedicated only to our a/c system made perfect sense during this weather with so many lightening strikes. Thanks also to Paige, who sent us a copy of our Honeywell thermostat manual. We will stay with Parker. The best we've found! Thank you.

I was a Barineou customer. Faced with an emergency service call, they and many others were too busy to come. However, I called Parker Services and they made the time to come out. I also entered into a yearly maintenance air conditioner program, and at a better price than the rest. Their phone services are great, and the service man that came out was on time, respectful, prompt and cleaned the work space. I will be a loyal customer from now on.

The office staff - Paige - was super helpful and the technician was fast and knowledgeable. After booking my service call I found out my parents have been using them for years and were happy with them as well.

Very happy and relieved after a visit from Parker Services to diagnose and repair my central air system, which had suddenly stopped working. Austin showed up on time and had me back up and running in less than 45 minutes! Will definitely give these guys a call again if I ever need future HVAC service or repair.

Excellent experience. The office staff were very help in scheduling an appointment. Nolan came out to install a new thermostat and to check and clean the system. I will keep my annual service contract with Parker Services and highly recommend them.

We highly recommend Parker Services, Inc. We discovered a leak in our air handler in the garage late on a Friday. The sheet rock was soaked and we didn’t want to leave it like that over the weekend. Called Parker Services late that day, and they had someone there early that evening. Took about 30 minutes- job done. Courteous, responsive, professional!

My family has used Parker Services, Inc for 4+ years and are very pleased wirh the service they provide! They are very knowledgeable and professional! They arrive on time and do a great job servicing our ac units. Yearly maintenance fees have gone up in the last few years, but still worth the peace of mind with Florida summers and North Florida winters.
