I have been using Tony Kelly heating and air conditioning services for 25 years and could not be more pleased. All the technicians who have visited my house, over the years, have showed confidence in their skills, intelligence and have always been respectable and they educate me on what they are doing. Lamar serviced my heat pump unit this morning and I would be very pleased to have Lamar for every service call.

Technician is great - always prompt, responsive, courteous and very helpful. The service is for my 97 year old Mom’s home.

TJ was great! He did his work efficiently and gave me excellent recommendation and tips. I hit the maintenance plan (2visits per year) so ended up paying $199 for the year instead of $250 for one visit

Hands down the best heating and air company in Tallahassee! I had quotes from six different companies and all of them were sky-high. They other sales reps were hard to understand and I was pretty sure the bulk of them were including things in the quote I didn’t need (ex: a new drainage pipe..?) to jack the price up. Finally, I stumbled upon Trey from Tony Kelly Heating and Air.
He was friendly, professional, honest, and willing to help. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. The estimate was reasonable and easy to understand. The company went the extra mile for me, due to my not being able to work during the quarantine, and found me a payment plan with NO massive financing fees, unlike the other companies.

I was able to get a new unit within a few days instead of weeks! The team that came out were professional and knowledgeable. They even cleaned up after themselves when they left, which I’m sorry to say the other companies did not. The install crew were out at the house from 9am- 7:30pm to make sure everything was hooked up and working perfectly. Any other company would have just left and come back the next day. Throughout the whole process Trey was calling making sure I was happy, the install was going well, and working out any kinks that came up, of which there were many.

All in all, if you’re looking for someone thats reliable, honest, and has a genuine willingness to help out their customers, go with Tony Kelly Heating and Air and ask for Trey. Their customer service, pricing, and warranties cant be beat. Very happy to have found them.

The serviceman did a excellent job. Came in, made friends with my pups, and got right to work. Cleaned the system, checked the levels and power. He also gave me a few great ideas for cleaning out the drain pipe. I wholeheartedly endorse these guys!

I called at 4:30 on Friday memorial Day weekend because my AC had quit working. It was 78° in a house that I keep at 68°. Was told that they would do the best they could to get someone here. Travis the technician responded immediately and was here within 20minutes. Fixed our problems. He had our house cooling down within the hour. Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service performed on Friday at 5:00 p.m. memorial Day weekend for everyday service call price. I would recommend Tony Kelly heating and air to anyone that needed quality service at a reasonable price.

I have had several repairs and maintenance now serviced by the crew at Tony Kelly. Trey was the technician for my maintenance, service, and repair. He was professional, kind, and explained the process thoroughly. Additionally, they were so considerate of my home and ensured that my pet did not escape during any of the services. I feel so much better with the approaching summer season and am so grateful my friends referred me to this wonderful company after their stellar experience.

A/C died and Tony Kelly was out to the house in two hours. Lamar was our technician. Lamar is kind, courteous, considerate and answered all my tedious questions. In my opinion, Lamar went above and beyond my expectations. We need a new unit (old one lasted 23 years) but with the tax credit we should see a reduction in our a/c bill. Tony Kelly has been our a/c company for five years now. I haven't thought of calling anyone else. So who are you going to call?

Giancarlo was very nice and professional. He answered all of our questions about our system in our "new to us" house. He gave us recommendations of things to do to improve efficiency, and referred us to a company that does the work, since it isn't something their company does. Highly recommend.

Trey was an amazing blessing to us! In the emergency Florida heat he helped get out AC going again while a new part was being delivered. Today all his knowledge, expertise, professionalism and kindness was front and center as he repaired our HVAC unit and completed a thorough maintenance of the system. Thanks to Trey, we are cool, healthy and safe till our next maintenance visit! Thanks Tony Kelley for having amazing resources and staff!

Seth came out on a Sunday to help with a faulty condensate pump. Extremely courteous and communication was top notch! Every interaction with company has been great! Highly recommend!

Wow!!! I am impressed. Came home to a hot house and called. The technician was at my home within 2 hours. It needed a part but he was able to fix it to cool down long enough to get the part and repair it. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable and made sure we were good before he left.

Tony Kelly Heating and Cooling Services is excellent, and I highly recommend him. Tony is extremely knowledgeable, fair, and honest. He worked quickly and efficiently, and diagnosed the problem with my cooling system right away. He was upfront about the costs and issues, and quoted me a very fair price. His is very polite as well and, amazingly, he was able to fix my air conditioning the day after I called. I happily recommend Tony Kelly Heating and Cooling Services.

Travis showed up on time, was really great! Efficient and friendly. He consulted with me every step of the way, making sure I understood what was needed and how much each item would cost. Work was completed very quickly.

I really appreciate such excellent service and communication from him and from the company as well. They gave me a next day appointment which was really good since it was already 90 degrees by noon.

Everything about working with Tony Kelly was great from start to finish. We had an issue with one of our units and I wasn't impressed with the company we had previously used to service it so I decided to make the switch to Tony Kelly. There was excellent communication from the start and the problem was solved for a great price within 36 hours of me first contacting them. Truly impressive. Trey was a great tech and thoroughly explained everything he was doing and why. I will only be recommending this company to friends and family from now on.

Great service. Called Tony Kelly service on Sunday morning, our air conditioner wasn’t blowing air, clear communication on their arrival and fixed the issue. As the replacement part covered under warranty, zero cost..

Darwin was the best HVAC specialist that I have done business with in town. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and extremely professional! I cannot recommend Tony Kelly enough!

My air conditioner decided to conk out Friday evening around 4:30 graciously putting a damper on the weekend and reasonable rates for repair. After a couple of "leave a message" phone calls and one astronomical weekend rate quote I found Tony Kelly. Not only did I talk to a person but he was very pleasant, genuinely concerned, accomodating and reasonably priced. I felt like I hit a trifecta. My air was up and running the next day. Shout out to Seth who was such an extraordinary nice guy. If you're lucky enough to get him as your technician, consider yourself blessed. Needless to say I'll be using them in the future.

Tony Kelly serviced our old HVAC and has now installed a new HVAC for us. We are extremely pleased with our experience with them. Their evaluation of our system needs was exemplary compared to other companies we contacted. Lamar, our service tech, is capable, thoughtful and professional.
The communication between us, the office staff and the technicians was impressive. Our questions about options, our two-zone system and financing were answered knowledgeably and promptly. We were extremely impressed that Trey came to our home the same day we called with a question to further evaluate our situation and add his expertise.
Options were given honestly and without hype. We were able to work with them and the City of Tallahassee for financing. When replacement of our completely dead outdoor unit could not be done for a couple of weeks, they immediately installed a loaner unit at no charge.
Andrew, Palmer and Jackson were a skilled, thoughtful and pleasant installation crew for our new unit.

Who knew that getting a new HVAC system could be a pleasant experience?!

I continue to be impressed by Tony Kelly’s services. My A/C wasn’t cooling yesterday and I was happy and surprised to get an appointment in the afternoon. The technician was prompt and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, installed the needed parts after explaining why the new parts were needed. He was thorough and kind.
