I recently had Abel over for some plumbing work, and he was truly fantastic. He replaced a few elements of our water heater—which we’d bought just last year—and even took the time to see if any of it could be covered under the warranty. He really went above and beyond, and I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Richard picked up the phone late at night when our sewer pump was not working and professionally consulted to understand the situation and then came out promptly. He diagnosed the problem and helpfully solved it - it was an electrical breaker that had flipped likely due to a recent power outage. He told me how to look out for the same issue in the future.

Richard was great to work with. Very helpful, thorough, a clear communicator, and hard working. I really appreciate that he made my spouse's and my situation easier than it could have been that night. Thank you, Richard!

Last note: We called 2-to-3 other plumbing companies that night and none could help us after hours. Perhaps after hours plumbing service is less common in Tallahassee now. But Brown Plumbing came through and I will call them first in the future outside of business hours when needs arrive.

Richard stopped by my house today, did a thorough job, very kind man, great service at a nice price. Would reccomend giving a shout out to Brown if you have a plumbing issue that needs fixed!

Keep checking for a leak under my sink, but since Joel of Browns Plumbing came, it is dry as a bone under there! Thanks Brown's Plumbing for efficient and courteous service!

Jerry & Fluffy were awesome; quick to diagnose and fix my water leak, and very personable. Im going to plan on recommending these guys as well as using them again in the future!

We had a main water line leak and also needed a pressure regulating valve on our waterline ASAP and Browns was quick to respond. Richard came out within 12 hours and helped find and repair the leak and install the valve. Very kind and courteous. Their prices were more reasonable than most plumbers I’ve worked with and the job was 100% done perfectly and skillfully. I’ll call them every time I need plumbing help!

Called with two water leaks in the front yard on a Saturday. Here within 30 minutes. Fixed it within two hours. No dillydallying at all. Abel was the plumber. Professional and very nice. Highly recommended.

Alfredo did a wonderful job of assessing the potential cause of my issues with my kitchen sink and kids bathroom. He didn’t just fix the issue but looked at other areas that could cause an issue in future and told me where we are clear and areas that might come up in the future.

Hands down the most professional plumbing organization in Tallahassee. We had a catastrophic event that manifested in multiple leaks beneath the foundation. Robert Brown came to our home to triage and he spent hours creating a plan for his team. The Admin team was prompt, responsive, and professional. Several unplanned challenges came up during this project and everyone was calm and professional- they never stopped being solution-oriented. Jerry led the team with efficiency. His team was pleasant, knowledgeable, and looked to him for guidance. I already have the next three projects ready for Jerry and I’m looking forward to each one.

Alfredo and team were exceptional with my hair salon sink install. Great communication, fair pricing, prompt, professional and friendly. Will definitely use Brown Plumbing Inc. again. 🙂

Richard was punctual, patient and polite. His work was neat and he left the area free of work debris when the job was done. He was also very understanding of the constant barking by our very protective mini doxie.

Having repair plumbing work done by Alfredo was a wonderful experience. Alfredo is extremely knowledgeable and skilled with resolving even the most complex issues. He was able to diagnose the issue, explain the process needed, and resolve my plumbing issues in two separate bathrooms in a timely manner. I am happy to have had such a fast and professional experience! Definitely recommend.

We had a water leak under our sink seep into an adjoining bathroom and bedroom. Richard came out immediately and was very helpful and informative. He fixed the issue much faster than we had anticipated and gave us good clarification about how to mitigate the problem in the future.
