I have used White's twice since moving to Tallahassee. First for some routine maintenance when I moved into my house and again when I came home from an overnight trip to find water leaking from my ceiling! Charles called me back with his ETA shortly after I left a message with White's weekend/after hours answering service. He made sure I knew how to shut off the water to the house to prevent any further damage and ended up arriving even sooner than he initially expected. On both visits, White's friendly plumbers were able to solve my issues quickly and and I'll definitely continue to use them in the future. They're professional, reliable, and provide great customer service.

I had a bad leak between my home and an outbuilding. Whites Plumbing sent Johnny to handle the job and he was excellent! I feel he went out of his way to cause the least damage to my property. He was polite and understood my concern for the least disruption of the area. Thumbs up 👍

I called 2 plumbing companies. Whites Plumbing called me back within the hour. Gives me an appointment time, Arrived 15 minutes early. Did my repairs. Also did some extra repairs. Clayton is the repair man sent out. Clayton knew how to make all my repairs quickly., Very professional. I will call White's the next time I need plumbing FOR SURE. BTW the other plumbing co. never called back

2024 - Brandon Smith serviced our home today. He talked to our insurance company and replaced all the lines that they wanted changed. As always, White's Plumbing is thorough, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. And time efficient.

Eddie from Whites plumbing serviced my home after a water leak from my upstairs was dripping through my 1st story ceiling! He was like a seasoned detective, resetting my toilet and seal, cleaning out my shower pipes, & replacing my toilet handle. He was great at explaining exactly what he was doing and why. No more leak.

We built a garden potting station with an old sink. Carter and Trent from Whites Plumbing came out to install the fixtures and tie it into our existing plumbing. They performed their job wonderfully. The work exceeded our expectations. Great job guys.

This is typical for all the work we have had Whites perform. Give them a call and you might just get Mr White out to personally check things out. We have all 3 times.

I rarely write reviews, but in this instance Whites Plumbing deserves the proper recognition and an amazing review for handling my recent situation. We had our handyman work on a kitchen sink clog for over three hours and were led to believe that we had a major issue on our hands. We were told that we would need an expert to handle our situation. I had always heard good things about Whites Plumbing, so I called and they got me worked in immediately that day. Within 15 minutes of arriving our tech professional Charles had found the problem, assured me that everything was going to be ok and took the time to show me exactly how he was fixing the problem. Charles then took the extra time to check three different ways to make 100% sure the problem had been fixed. As if that was not enough, he took a few minutes to show us how to keep this from happening again and left us feeling great about our experience. When you are expecting to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars, and find an honest company who does not take advantage of your bad situation, it is worth writing about it and sharing this for other to have the same experience. Finally, I called to speak with the owners and thank them for the wonderful experience and let them know how professional their tech professional was. Rodger and Debra both took the time to listen to my great experience and were very complimentary about their employee and grateful. In the end I learned one important thing, it is better to find an expert who knows a lot about a little, than to use some one who knows a little about a lot. We actually wound up paying our handyman more than Whites Plumbing. Honesty, Integrity and Trust are the three most important ingredients to finding lasting success and Whites Plumbing certainly possesses all three of the great qualities. Thank you Whites Plumbing for giving us a wonderful experience.

Have dealt with Whites for about 8yrs with my commercial property. Today had experience them for my property installing of tankless water heater. Always impressed with them. Both JT and Sutton did a great job on installation. Thanks to all who work at Whites Plumbing

Whites Plumbing, specifically Clayton, has renewed my faith in finding quality, honest, caring patient and skilled helpers in my home. I’ve had a repeating faucet issues that never seems to get fixed. I had done research myself hoping to understand the problem. But others in the past dismissed my information and it didn’t care. Today, I felt heard and all my issues were addressed. I never knew of plumbers to care about the details that matter to the home owner but Clayton heard and remembered every detail that previous workers had left undone or ignored. I now feel safe about my attic water heater as I have a plan when it’s time to make the change to tankless. I did not feel pushed to purchase unnecessary new fixtures, because he thought thru with me, and presented my options. My faucets no longer drip and I can use my shower. Learned why the little flies are in my drain and how to manage it.
No doubt I know who I’ll be calling when the next plumbing job arises. Thank you White’s for hiring quality caring honest people. Thank you to the lady who help get me scheduled so quickly on New Years Eve. Thank you so much Clayton!!

I can’t say enough good things about Whites plumbing. From the start of the project till the end everyone was amazing. Blake who came out to review my project, JT and John who did the final work and I can’t thank Nichole enough at the office for all her help.
I had a generator installed but it took 3 months to get the city to put in the gas line. Nichole called every week to try and get a date. Finally it is ready !!!
My sincere thanks to all the great people in that business for a smooth job.

Just had a on-demand hot water heater replaced by J.T. He did a great job in a sort period of time.

Just had our water heater replaced by White’s Plumbing. Most importantly, I am impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Big thank you to Carter, Trent, and Bobby who came for the service call. They were prompt, explained everything in detail, and followed up when they encountered a problem that required a little bit more work – and kept to the original estimate. I especially appreciate the care they took in wearing protective clothing and using drop cloths to ensure our carpets stayed clean. Bobby noticed our backflow valve leaking and offered to stop by later when he had the right tools. True to his word, he returned, cleaned out the valve and added new o-rings. I admit I requested several quotes from local plumbers, and instead of going with the cheapest, I chose the best quality. White’s Plumbing had installed the first water heater in this home twenty years ago. I am glad they installed this new one, and I’ll keep using them as long as they are in business, which I hope is many more years to come.

As always, White's has come to my rescue. Jordan and Brandon did a wonderful job not only with the service I requested, but taking care of something right on the spot that could have been a big future problem.

I had a plumbing issue prior to the Thanksgiving weekend. Dillion came and got me up and running for the weekend and diagnosed the problem. Blake came very timely the next week and confirmed and made arrangements for a permanent repair. Finally, we had Howard and Tim and they did a great job. I am always pleased with how timely this company is - how they clean up any mess that gets made and can explain the problem to me (who had no understanding of plumbing). I hate to have to call the plumber - but when I do have to call, I am glad that White's Plumbing is there and ready to help me;. Defiantly will call them again when needed.

Whites Plumbing was professional from the beginning to the end of our home water leak issues. Having an older home we ultimately had to replace the water pipes throughout the entire house. We were very appreciative of the owner Mr. White stopping by to make sure we understood the repairs his team would perform. Whites knowledgeable team consisted of Carter and Trent. They were courteous, professional and wonderful to work with during the 3 day process. They throughly explained daily what they were doing as they went along and cleaned up behind themselves at the end of each day, even vacuuming🙂. Carter and Trent you rocked the job and we are thoroughly pleased! Thanks Whites Plumbing!

Trevor and Trent were here first thing this morning and installed all the fixtures for our new bathroom. did wonderful job, very polite and professional.

Jarred came out to knock out a few things on my list. I hand some leaky hose bibs and an elbow. He got it all taken care of. Highly recommended!

White's was a breath of fresh air in an industry where the quality of a plumber can seriously affect your quality of life moving forward.

We've tried a few plumbers in the area with varying success, but when we were afraid our toilet was leaking, we called White's shortly before Christmas and had a scheduled appointment for only a few days later. I was shocked at how quickly they made room for us and how pleasant the phone call was as well.

Charles, the man of the hour, showed up right on time and immediately diagnosed our issue -- and even more importantly, fixed every problem we had on his way out. I'm not joking when I say that him fixing some of our shower and faucet issues was the greatest Christmas gift we received this year.

I couldn't recommend White's enough. They didn't only meet our needs, but exceeded them by a long shot!

I had a shower pan and pipe leak that needed to be fixed as soon as possible. White's was very quick with getting back to me and great with communicating to me about estimates and setting up a schedule. Carter and Trent did my shower demolition and installation in such an efficient amount of time while Carter communicated the entire process to me and made sure I was comfortable and informed during the process. Carter even noticed my sink, which I knew desperately needed to be repaired, and added that onto my service with no extra time charged. I otherwise would have had to do it in a separate appointment, and he did it in absolutely no time. He also communicated that process to me efficiently and I'll just say he saved me a great amount of time and money and seems to always be sure to consider every possible scenario for the customer when doing his work and truly cares about what he is leaving them with. The pricing is extremely fair for the quality work that they do so im very satisfied that I went with White's for this job. They make sure to be open and honest about pricing during every step of the way and do not scam/try to add on unnecessary & more expensive things for no reason like some other plumbing companies I have death with. Everyone I've spoken to within this company has been extremely personable and customer service oriented. Highly recommend.

I've been using White's Plumbing when needed for over ten years. They are reliable and responsive and have always gotten the job done correctly the first time. Brandon came out today to resolve a minor issue, and I realized White's Plumbing just does all the little things right, and that in itself is not a little thing so I figured it was about time to leave a review. Thanks for 10+ years of support whenever we've needed it.

Chris White came out twice to give an estimate to hook up the natural gas line for our pool heater to be sure it was what we were looking for. He looked at all of our inside gas connections to be sure they were operating properly as well, and added regulators where needed. JT and Sutton came out to install our gas line. They arrived on time, were super thorough, polite, and very knowledgeable. I could not be more impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone I have had the pleasure of working with at Whites Plumbing! Their prices were reasonable and competitive as well! I will definitely call them again for any plumbing or natural gas needs in the future!

Our entire experience was excellent with White’s Plumbing. They are kind, extremely professional and Brandon did an awesome job. We needed our new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and hot & cold knobs for our washer replaced. Brandon took care of all our needs quickly, professionally, and he is very respectful. We are so grateful we called White’s Plumbing and we will continue to use and recommend your business to all our friends.
