Had an issue with an oven in Thomasville that my local guy could not figure out. We use th in Tallahassee and called to see if they could look at it. Cody came up and figured out the problem. I ordered the part and he installed it. They impress me everytime with their knowledge and service.

I had a Commercial ice maker That was not working, ( I knew Nothing about Ice maker's) I called CRSS And within 24 hours Eric Was here Diagnosed the problem Immediately and repaired it. In addition He took the time to school me on everything I needed to know about Ice maker's. This is the best business of any kind I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would highly recommend CRSS to anyone in need of Appliance repair. Thank you Eric For your patience In answering all the questions I had. You guy's are great!

Had a mixer that needed to be repaired. Called CRSS and they sent someone out the next day. We needed to order a part for the mixer, which I told them I would do. Part came in on Thursday, they were here on Friday working on it. It became a little more involved so they took the mixer to their shop. Told me it would be completed Monday. Received a call Monday morning to meet them to bring the mixer back. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and courteous. I will call them FIRST every time we need something repaired. GREAT JOB!!!

Tech probably doesn't know what he is doing.

Techs are not equipped with simple tools
Not educated on proper repair
And the owner Eric is just plain non caring for commercial buisness.
If there were a way to post photos on this rating I would of their craftsmanship.
