All reviews for PRO Roofing

Fantastic local roofer. From their initial visit to the installation they were great and were patient about the numerous delays as I negotiated with my insurance company.

PRO Roofing was very professional throughout the process of replacing our large shed roof. Rain caused several delays and they kept us informed of necessary schedule changes. We were pleased with the outcome.

Daniel from Pro Roofing came out today. He went over the repairs and was very thorough. He notices a lot of leaves on my roof and even though I am not a customer yet, he used my blower and removed the leaves from the roof!!
I will probably choose a repair option soon when I get paid and would want only him to do the job. Daniel is honest as well as a kind man.

They were able to work me in quickly once I realized my roof leaked to prevent further damage

I am very pleased with the work done on my roof. It’s absolutely beautiful! They did a wonderful job in replacing my old roof with the new one. They cleaned up all the debris, and hauled off the old shingles. Satisfied customer!

We had a fantastic experience with Parker Roofing Options! They came out the next day to give us an estimate in Bristol, FL. Their proposal was low and they got our roof built way faster than expected. Highly recommend!!

Kelly in the office is very cordial and professional. Prices competitive & fair. Roof installation went smooth and workers cleaned area as if they weren't there. I would recommend them.

Very happy with Pro Roofing, would recommend them over and over again. Took two days to finish job. Very professional in all aspects. Thank you James, crew and staff.

Parker Roofing options re-roofed my home, I would highly recommend them to service your roofing needs. Parker Roofing Options office and field technician are the best in the business you will not regret doing business with them. Thank you Tracie and James, you worked with me long distance you were fair and honest. And I appreciate your dedication to ensure that I was comfortable with the process. We will meet on our next project in the near future.

These people are great! My new roof looks wonderful. They completed the job in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up, didn't even know they were here. I felt like the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend!

Had a great experience with PRO Roofing. Honest, fair, and hardworking people.

Outstanding job.
Great communication from estimate to completion. Answered all my questions. Everyone, the estimator, office personnel, delivery, and workers were knowledgeable, hardworking and courteous. They went the extra mile.

Pro Roofing is a company that will value you as a customer, deliver the service and product they say they will, and leave your property amazingly clean.

From quote to finish, professional, prompt, and clean work. They completed my roof in one day. The crew was fantastic and Dom the Ambassador made sure all was as it ships be.

Must hire.

I found Pro Roofing to be the most responsive and professional of all roof companies I contacted: Received a prompt reasonable quote and work was completed in two weeks ; Excellent communication and responsiveness from Kelly . A very professional and trustworthy company - I would highly recommend them ( already have ) to anyone!

Pro Roofing replaced our roof in January and did a fantastic job. They completed the work as scheduled and did a great job cleaning up the construction debris from removing our old roof. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs!

PRO Roofing did a fantastic job, at a reasonable price. Great people.

PRO Roofing has continued to impress me. As a licensed general contractor, having a roofing company I can count on is a must. PRO Roofing communicates from start to finish, provides quality service at a competitive price, and also leaves the job site extremely clean during and after work is completed. I highly recommend Parker Roofing Options to anyone looking for a roofing company that does the job right the first time.

What a great company! Parker Roofing Options recently re-roofed our 1940s era home and the adjoining carport. From the beginning, it was clear that their customer service was outstanding. Tracie, the office manager and scheduler, called several times well in advance of the job to let us know what to expect and how long the project would take. Their crew of roofers was hardworking, talented and pleasant, working from morning to late afternoon to complete the job quickly and to ease any inconvenience and noise associated with such a massive project. The truth is, Parker Roofing Options is run by honest, decent people who care about their customers -- and follow-up immediately if there is an issue. I didn't know what to expect -- I mean, how often do you re-roof your house? -- but I was very pleasantly surprised by the all-round excellence exhibited by their team. Our roof looks so beautiful that I stop to admire it every time I walk by. I highly recommend this company for any roofing project -- they are terrific!

After receiving a Christmas card from these folks, I was reminded to write a review. In July ‘23 my insurer told me I needed a roof replacement within 3 months I’d lose insurance. I live in Alaska and chose PRO after scrambling, getting bids and cursing my insurer for such short notice. I cannot say enough nice things about these folks. From start to finish they were reassuring, competent, professional and meticulous. Despite an intervening storm, PRO helped me squeak by the deadline including all permitting, inspections and paperwork.

These guys are professionals at what they do. Very courteous and will answer all the questions you have. 5 STARS

We had the roof on our home replaced a few months ago and it looks wonderful! Their work was incredible, but their Customer Service was even better. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs any roofing work completed.
