I wholeheartedly, without reservation, recommend TSpark for roofing and general contracting work. Travis Sparkman, the owner, keeps very close tabs on the progress of the work, with great communication, and goes above and beyond what is contracturally expected, without charging more. We had a complete reroof, including repair to recent hurricane damage, and removal/closing over existing skylights (in preparation to install roof solar panels). TSpark's crews are top-notch, polite, professional, and efficient. Travis will do what he says he will, when he says he will, to a very high quality standard. TSpark/Travis Sparkman has become my go to general and roofing contractor.

TSpark has been one of the most professional companies I have worked with. They have a family style business that treats you like family yet professionally is one of the best when getting business done. Thankful to have TSpark a phone call away.

The guys doing the roof and the main guy I spoke with was great! Had a billing issue one time with some woman in the office and she was not very professional and I pay my bills and it turned out SHE messed up. So be careful with her but everything else was perfect roof is beautiful

Got a new roof (replacement) from TSpark Enterprises.
The process was well done, the work as well. They took the time to finish all the details well (replace rotten wood and repaint...).

From the first moment I did the online form to get a quote, T-Spark was first class. Within the week representative Frank came out and measured our roof and talked us through our options. He took the time to listen and give us a timeframe the work could be completed.

We agreed on a Monday date a few weeks later and sure enough, that Monday project manager Ed and his crew dropped off the materials, set the roll off dumpster for removing the old shingles, and surveyed the job. Over the next 4 days they were ready to start work at 8 am and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. The work was completed on friday, the shingles look great, the flat roof is sealed better than it has been in years, and they custom designed and installed new toppers for our chimneys that were sorely needed.

After the roof was completed they sent a plaster subcontractor out to patch the ceilings in our 90 year old home, and a painter to match the texture and color of our ceiling. Both were courteous and on time.

Billing is a breeze and is paid through an email link on a secure server.

Thank you Frank, Ed, and of course Travis... who as an owner, is hands on and not afraid to answer emails with his opinion on a job in a direct and respectful way.

My experience was not the work they did, but their ethical practices. I asked them to inspect my roof. They did and told us that we really didn't need roof work and likely wouldn't for a few years. I am impressed. When we do need re-roofing my first call will be to T Spark.

I can’t recommend Travis and the Tspark crew enough! Travis has helped us numerous times including a roof (which was super easy, quick and very well done) and some construction for our business. Very reliable, professional and their work is top notch. Not many other construction companies in Tallahassee can compete with them.

Travis helped with a leaking roof prior to Hurricane Michael. After the Hurricane, his repair work had remained intact. His crew came back and completed additional work due to Hurricane Michael to include the roof and an exterior wall of the house. The workmanship and the employees professionalism were outstanding. Highly Recommended.

Tspark provided professional, fast, and quality service. They were able to install my new roof ahead of schedule in one day. They thoroughly cleaned up after the job and closed out the permits within the week. This made the experience very smooth.

Travis oversaw essentially the rebuilding of our house due to damage caused by hurricane Michael. Travis was always responsive and reasonable and the work was great. They work hard for their clients and do not stop until the work is done including when the insurance company tries to scam the homeowner. Day and Night, Travis and Heather worked to get my claim settled. Travis went above and beyond to help fight the insurance company for what was rightfully mine. Thank you for a job well done.

TSpark went above and beyond in performing the work on my home after Hurricane Michael. We had a tree that hit our roof and fence. TSpark got us on their schedule well in advance of what we expected. The work was excellent and their knowledge was amazing. We would definitely contact TSpark and recommend them first for any future work we need on our house or to anyone we know.

We had a leak in our roof and needed a new roof. They came out and fixed the leak first, free of charge, as they could not come and renew the roof right away. When they did come and replace the roof everyone was pleasant and professional. Because I have horses they came back to make sure all tacks were picked up. Roof is looking great. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this business!

We could not be happier with the work that Travis and his team did for our commercial building. Not only was his estimate most competitive, he was able to keep us updated throughout the entire process and got things done quicker than expected.
