I had a tree removal service take out a tree and they damaged my home's siding and a downspout. Spartan Exteriors repaired it all. It looks as good as new. Highly recommended.

Joe and his crew have now done 2 great jobs for us .. the first was on our 1917 home in Bainbridge Ga .. and our vacation home on Alligator drive in Panacea Fl. In both cases they were first rate. Showed up when they said they would (a biggie in my book), did the work siding both houses in Hardie Board to high standards and in all cases went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. I would recommend them for any work needing to be done. They are dependable, trustworthy and their craftmanship is excellent.

I've had the good fortune of seeing the Southwood siding project through since we decided as a board to completely replace the defective siding on 110 of our townhome units. Prior to meeting the Spartan team, we bid the job out twice and felt that the other bidders were taking advantage of the situation. On our 3rd round of bidding, Spartan came to the table with clearly identified costs and a timeline that was realistic. I'm thrilled to share that the timeline was reduced from two years to one and we are now enjoying our beatiful homes. The increase in value to our units with this major restoration will continue to hold for years to come. The Spartan team was dedicated while maintaining both quality and quantity. Their communication when they found unanticipated challenges was outstanding. They worked through the challenges seamlessly with our design team. They are courteous to homeowners and won the hearts of many. We feel such a debt of gratitude to them for taking a very scary situation and putting our minds at ease. They are the best in the business and I will definitely call on them again.

Spartan completed a siding job on my first home. Being first-time homeowners, we were on a budget. Spartan made sure we received quality product and workmanship, all while sticking to the budget. A refeshing customer-focused service in the 21st century! For the first time in over 40 years of home improvements, Spartan provided us with a dedicated team and an onsite Project Manager to keep the job moving forward regarless of setbacks and complications (tornados, no power, etc.). They promised to finish the job in 2 weeks. Did Spatan live up to its Service Delivery Promise? Yes! Are we satisfied with Spartan & the work? Yes! Would we recommend Spartan as the Best of the Best? We used spartan Exteriors to repair sofit damage on 8 buildings after the tornado's that came thru. Being that this was also an insurance claim which can be exhausting, the staff at Spartan were tremendous to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and communicated with me every step of the way. The staff(can't remember all names) did an amazing job replacing the siding on my chimney on the hottest days of summer. I greatly appreciate their expertise and professionalism. And extra grateful it was completed before Hurricane Helene came to Tallahassee. I highly recommend them and will have them back in 2025 to replace the remainder of my house siding.
