Wonderful man great information I bet he was a hell if a well drillers in his day.

This is my father's business, I've watched him build everything he has had from the ground up. Countless times has my father gone above and beyond to assure his customers a good price, proper location of wells and to secure and obtain all permits required to do so. I'm proud to say he is still in business part time.

Mr Sims did an amazing job getting our 40 year old well that never had a pump going. He went over and above to find the right parts to work and installed the top-of-the-line well pump and had us up and going in no time.
I highly recommend Sims and will use him again in the future.

Told us he would be there on a Wednesday never showed wouldn't answer the phone or texts absolutely horrible customer service I would suggest anyone but this group. Horrible horrible horrible

Buyer Beware!!!! In early 2019 (pre-covid), I paid this company SIMS WELL DRILLING $$$$ to replace and maintain my well. I had place a 50% deposit with remainder paid the day of completion. I did what they requested and gave them the final check at the end of completion with them agreeing to return and check on the well and they asked that I simply call to have them come out and make sure the water pressure was on par. Since 2019, I've made several calls, left multiple messages (pre/during/post pandemic), including speaking to a lady whom seemingly wrote down my name and contact and promised someone would return my call, still not one single return phone call nor visit, and here I am today, 2022, no one has called. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would know if they visited because my well would not have gotten to the condition it got to. BUYER BEWARE!!! Note: I ended up hiring and paying another company to fix Sims Well Drilling negligence. Sims Well Drilling doesn't care about the client, just your money. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I honestly would not even give ONE star!!! We were told this would be a 3-4 day job. We are now on week 3!!! We have a new home and until the well is complete we cannot move forward with electricity! We had to be out of our current home so now we are having to make sleeping arrangements and pay extra money just to live!!! Some days he shows up, other days we never see him! He says he’s on his way and it might 4 hours before he comes, or he doesn’t come at all! My husband was told at 7:54 this morning he would be here in a few minutes. It’s now 9:58 and he’s still not here! He does not work!!!! I would not recommend this company!!!! They do not answer phone calls and text messages are answered randomly! We have had to move the closing of our home 4 times because the well is not complete. This “company”is NOT trust worthy!!!! In pursuing legal actions today I have found out this company is NOT Sim’s well drilling!!! The company is actually Glass & Sim’s Well Drilling as of 2024!!! SO BEWARE…..they use different names!!!! (Another lie)
