Electrical reviews in Tamarac, Florida

Nothing but amazing service from this company! They are timely and professional. I have used them over 3x for different projects around my house and they are 100% my go to and have them on speed dial when I need anything electrical. I know how had it can be to find good service and when I find someone I like I become a loyal customer. They never disappoint!!

We had a great experience with RGK Electric. Ricardo and Alex were prompt, thorough and very respectful of our home. Our job was quite extensive requiring both indoor and outdoor work. They made sure to put on shoe coverings each time they entered the residence. They maintained cleanliness, worked efficiently and kept us informed of each process throughout the day. Ricardo, who was overseeing the project, was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with their work. My 60 year old home is now up to code and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend RGK Electric to anyone needing electrical work.

Ricardo at RGK Electric is an excellent worker. He's extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I know a little bit about a lot of things, but electrical work is not one of them. So I genuinely appreciated him and how he took the time to explain to me all the issues and how he was going to fix them. It was a lot of work on several issues, but he got them all done quickly and professionally. Also, I should point out that the company I called before RGK wasn't going to be able to get someone out to my location for at least 3 weeks. RGK came out the next day and did everything I needed that same visit. Thank you!!

RGK Electric did an excellent job in my home. Ricardo was extremely professional, on time, and very clean. He installed two outlets in my pantry, changed out light switches and timers, and hung a ceiling light—all with great attention to detail. Everything was done efficiently and looks perfect. I highly recommend Ricardo and RGK Electric for any electrical work.

RGK Electric did an outstanding job installing two ceiling fans and a chandelier for us. The team was truly first-class—professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. Everything was installed perfectly, the work area was left clean, and they took the time to make sure every detail was right. It’s rare to find service this smooth and high-quality. Highly recommend RGK Electric and will absolutely use them again.

RGK did an AMAZING job dianosing and fixing my issue. highly affordable and quick. I had 2 other electricians review the issue and he was able to resolve the issue for me in less than half the time with no cutting of my walls or in depth follow up needed. Very fair price. Very understanding. Very quick and honest.

Beautiful work! Ricardo was very good to work with and had many ideas and suggestions to help us with our outdoor lighting project. The price was fair and reasonable and the work was done quickly and neatly. He responded without delay to any questions we had. We will call RGK the next time we we have electrical work to be done.

Absolutely incredible and meticulous crew! Ricardo and his team went above and beyond. We had some very large, heavy pieces that they handled with the utmost care, and they impressed us with how well they resolved unexpected issues.

For example, when installing a 96-inch chandelier, we realized after hanging the crystals that they had arrived dirty. Instead of leaving the issue to us, Ricardo’s team helped take down every single piece, clean them, and rehang them so the job was done perfectly. This took extra time but it goes to show their goal wasn't to rush, it was get the job done right. Ricardo’s wife, Gabriella, who was an absolute angel, even stood alongside me and helped clean each crystal piece by piece. The fact that the manufacturer delivered them dirty was not at all their fault but they helped me either way. Any other company might have said “too bad,” but not RGK, they stayed until it was flawless. I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my home and it was refreshing to work with a company that cared about achieving that perfection as much as I did.

Ricardo also thought ten steps ahead. He quickly identified that a structural beam was needed to safely handle the chandelier’s weight, and he didn’t just move forward, he always stopped to ask my opinion and involve me in the best course of action. Their professionalism showed in every detail: they navigated our high Florida ceilings with ease, protected our walls, furniture, and floors, and were transparent when one fixture could not be installed due to its location, rather than doing a poor job just to finish.

Their pricing is clear, and while on the higher side, the quality and peace of mind are worth every penny. Light fixtures hang over your head, this is not something to cut corners on.

We will absolutely be bringing them back once the rest of our fixtures are delivered, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you to Ricardo, Gabriella, and the entire crew, we truly look forward to working with you again!
