I am the president of my condo building association. Norre and his team did a fantastic job on our building's huge concrete restoration project last year. Norre takes his work seriously, was very professional from beginning to end and went over and beyond the scope of work to deliver us a building our unit owners can be proud of and feel secure in. He kept us informed throughout the project, was very reachable, accomodating, coordinated and stayed within budget as promised which was a big plus for us. I would highly recommend him.

We called NGS Elite Construction and told Noree that we were given a deadline by our city to fix 4 things for our city's final inspection. Norre was empathetic and came out Saturday afternoon to assess the work that needed to be done. Then, he fit us into his schedule, after working all day on a big project. We met our deadline and will pass our big inspection!

NGS Elite Construction provided PostNet Palm Beach with their services as our General Contractor. As we all know, project management comes with unforseen issues and disagreements, but working as team we overcame the many challenges and NGS Elite delivered the work product timely and with total dedication to the promised results 🙏🏽.

I must mention that Mr Stephenson, the NGS team leader, put tremendous effort to provide our business team, PostNet Palm Beach, with the utmost excellence on the project. There were many obstacles but they all were resolved throughout and by the end. I'll close out this review of NGS by saying that we truly appreciate NGS Elite Construction for their diligence to the project and getting us to its completion.

Norre and NGS have done excellent work for our condominium association. Among the projects they undertook, they took over a water-proofing and window sealing project after the former contractor abandoned the work; this required skill and common sense to determine what was needed and to navigate with City officials.
